Very disappointed that we were not warned that the hotel was being totally remodeled. Like other reviews stated, the hotel is far from airport. The staff was friendly but hotel was not very clean but this could be because of remodeling. The rooms were very ordinary. The indoor/outdoor Pub was closed so that was a disappointment. The gardens are beautiful, the hotel grounds are very safe and I am sure it will look better once the remodeling is finished.

We stayed our first night in Africa at the Sunnyside Park. It was a bit of a drive from the airport but it was very very pleasant to arrive at a place so well kept and safe feeling. It was ultra clean and the beds were super comfy! Breakfast buffet provided with the room was absolutely fantastic. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is arriving in South Africa for the first time and is nervous about accomodations. The bell staff were very helpful in getting bags to the rooms and they accomodated all our needs in having some changes to the rooms at the last minute.

El hotel estaba limpio, el personal de servicio era educado y las habitaciones eran normales. Los jardines eran maravillosos. Lo peor que tiene es que tienes que coger el coche para ir a cualquier aitio que esté fuera de la propiedad del hotel - no hay restaurantes ni tiendas a donde se pueda ir a pie.

Das Hotel war sauber, der Service höflich und die Zimmer durchschnittlich. Die Anlage ist wunderschön. Der Hauptnachteil ist, dass man immer ein Auto nehmen muss, um etwas außerhalb der Hotelanlage zu unternehmen - es gibt keine Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die zu Fuß erreichbar sind.

L'hotel era pulito, il servizio cordiale e le camere nella media. I giardini erano meravigliosi. L'aspetto negativo principale era la necessità di usare l'auto per spostarsi fuori dall'hotel. Non ci sono ristoranti né negozi raggiungibili a piedi.
