Where do i start with this repulsive apartment. 1. the only good thing about this apartment is the location. was in walking distance to main shops, shopping centres, bus stops, cafes and beach. 2. the service is the worst service i got in my entire travelling experience, the manager was rude, arrogant and extremly abrasive. 3. no cleaning was done what so ever throughout the five day stay we had to purchase our own toilet paper due to the neglience of staff members not answering phone calls., no tissues where provided, no clean towels were given we had to purchase towels as the washing machine was not working once again no staff member looked into it. 4. check- in: the worst checking - in i have experienced we had to call the emergency number twice we arrived around 11pm and stood in pouring rain for good 20mins. 5. the kitchen was awful, foul smelling but overall it wasnt too bad. 6. the bathroom was filled with mould, grime and mildrew the was no hot water what so ever of all hours of the day. the toilet was stained with excretment . 7. i suffer from back problems which the hard , springed matresses caused more back damage and had to do physio after the trip. the sofa bed was the better option to sleep on. 8. the fans where about to fall off everytime you put it up they vibrated and tilted, so pretty much we had to open the windows. 9. the blinds were dented and people from the street looked directly into the room which was a security problem. 10. there was no security and a random guest was in the corridor wearing nothing at all and was using profanity. i highly do not recommend this apartment at all as the service was absurd, the rooms were worse. the only best thing about this stay was the location we ended up staying at a friends house on the last couple nights.

Accommodation ok, basic ...... the vertical blind in the bedroom was broken and all the taps & toilet leaked! Seeing that Queensland was on severe water restrictions, thought this was very irresponsible

We stayed at the Budds Beach Apartments for the Indy 300, and we were only a street back from the race track. The great thing was we were less than 10 minutes walk from all the party atmosphere of the centre of Surfers Paradise, but when we got back it was far enough away to be nice and quiet. Smaller apartment, but good facilities.
