I made a reservation over the phone 3 weeks in advance. When I got to the hotel at 11pm after a long flight they couln't find my reservation. Then they gave me the same room for 500 RMB, when they had confirmed me before it was 380 RMB. You can find on any website, the single standard room is about that price. The staff was rude and not helpful at all. Well, I was tired and had to take an early flight the next morning, so I decided to stay. I took a shower to relax before going to bed and imagine my surprise when the water did not drain and flodded the whole bathroom floor! (there is only a 1/2 inch drop between the shower and the rest of the bathroom). I called for help. A lady arrived later and her solution was to pull this cup full of hair and dirt, the most disgusting thing out of the drain, but instead of taking it with her, she left it in a corner of the shower. She didn't even dry the floor! I waited, thinking she would come back. When I called again half an hour later, they said, the cleaning lady had said it was all fine. After some yelling they finally sent another lady over, who took the filthy thing away and made a poor atempt at drying the floor, still leaving behind a wet towel and my wet slippers.

L'hotel est bien, mais le personnel ne comprend absolument pas l'anglais, ce qui pose de nombreux problèmes.
Ainsi lors de mon séjour le 21 juillet, j'ai voulu faire une réservation pour le 26 juillet. La personne à la réception a préparé un formulaire de réservation en notant mon nom (en regardant sur le passeport). Malheureusement en arrivant le 26 au soir, aucune réservation n'existait. L'hôtel était complet. On m'a envoyé dans un autre hotel (Aozhu apartment hotel) ou l'on m'a mis dans une chambre sale sans fenêtre, avec une douche bouchée. L'eau du lavabo sentait très fortement les égouts. Et tout cela pour un prix supérieur d'environ 10% aux prix pratiqué par le Capital Airport Hotel.
Très mauvais souvenir! Si vous allez au Capital Airport Hotel assurez vous bien que le personnel a bien compris votre requête, pour vous évitez de mauvaises surprises.

The hotel has a reception booth right in the Beijing Capital Airport (ask an information desk for the location), and the hotel staff will carry your luggage to the shuttle to take you to the hotel. However, attempts to reserve a room through the major internet travel sites in the US may be futile: the front desk had no information about my internet reservation when I arrived, but they gave me a room anyway. The hotel quality is about the level of a Motel 6 in the US, but with slightly smaller rooms. Dial-up intenet access (to a local number in Beijing) works, but yields only 28Kb/sec. Internet access at the hotel's business office is also quite slow. There is a Japanese restaurant associated with the hotel that in theory can provide room service/deliveries, but no one spoke any English there when I called. The hotel staff does not speak English well, in general. Passable hotel, but only if you are just looking for a place to sleep before a flight.
