Stayed whilst on a work visit to Thailand...huge rooms with all facilities at your fingertips including a mini kitchen (as if you'd cook with all that thai green curry outside waiting for you!?!?!)...some aspects of the bathroom were a little bit aged (grouting etc) and the plug kept blocking in the bath but a small issue when looking at the room as a whole package.....little flowers and fresh fruit in the room every day....mmmmm.....the view over Bangkok is AMAZING....felt like a scene out of "Lost in Translation"...the staff were toooo lovely and just couldn't do enough...I didn't open one door while I was there..would definately recommend and would definately go again if I visit Bangkok..

Walls made of cardboard and window that seemed to amplify the outside noise into the room DO NOT make for a relaxing environment. The room looked tired and slightly worn. Staff aloof, didn't even bother showing me to the room, just pointed to the elevator. Also staff took ages to do simple tasks, not a smooth operation. Location great, facilities great also, swimming pool was huge but absolutely freezing when I tried it. Overall very overpriced for what you get, many, many better options available for less money.

Have stayed here several times over the last three years. The place is popular with Japanese travelers, which is good because they’re generally very quiet and polite to be around. The location of these serviced studio apartments is hard to beat; in the middle of Sukhumvit Road, right on top of a superb shopping mall with direct access to a SkyTrain platform. The swimming pool area with its garden and the gym is top class and I have always found staff to be very helpful and professional. The rooms are very spacious and the small kitchen is really a fantastic feature. Two drawbacks however: 1. Rooms are divided by drywalls only so you can for example hear a telephone ring or an alarm clock in the room next door 2. The rooms do not have proper shower cabins – one has to step up in the bathtub to shower During this stay I noticed that the accommodation, apart from its general design, is starting to show its age and has become ‘tired’ i.e.: fridge in kitchen made an irritating noise, maintenance had to fix water tap in bathroom; hi-fi system had intermittent malfunction and carpet had numerous stains. Is it worth the money? I’m no longer convinced.

We were invited by our contact in bangkok to stay there. So i don't know anything about the price. But it was very nice. Very big suites. With a very nice view off course.

we just returned from a 2 week stay in Thailand with our 3 children and nanny that included 3 nights at the beginning of the trip at the Emporium Suites and 2 nights at the end. We had a beautiful 2 bedroom suite which was cheaper than 2 regular hotel rooms we would have had to book at a regular 5 star hotel. the suites were spacious and the kids had lots of space. between the 3 t.v.s everyone had a place to watch! the location next to the mall is very convenient, especially with kids. would definitely return.
