The hotel had problems with the wireless internet while I was there and it took 3 hours with their inept technicians to finally fix the problem. Also management has an attitude problem with guests and lies to guests about their 100% guest satisfaction guarantee. No elevator. Stay Away.

Stayed for one night en route from NY to Chicago. It had perfect wireless internet access. A fridge. And very good breakfast. All that I needed and what really mattered to me. The only odd thing was that the shower head did not pivot. So when you are in the tub you can't turn the shower head to one side to let the water get up to temperature.

I wasn't very happy with my stay at this location. The hotel lobby area was nice but the building I was in and the room was in major need of an update. The room I had looked like it hasn't been updated since the property was new. The bathroom was straight out of the 70's. I had a smoking room and the ceiling was a really nasty yellow from the smoking and burn marks all over the bedspread. It was just a really gross feeling. Sure a smoking rooms gets that yellowing after time but there was no reason that it should be this bad. A gallon of paint only costs around 10 bucks. The other thing that was kind of weird was that the AC was a window unit. It worked fine it was just really strange to see something like that in franchise hotel, you usually see things like that in a mom and pop hotel on the side of a highway. On the plus side the business center was very helpfull and the staff was friendly.

For the price, this hotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean, quiet, and nicely decorated. There was wireless internet, good cable, and lots of really fluffy pillows. The front desk staff was friendly and the continental breakfast had lots of choices, including a waffle maker. It was just a short walk from a few restaurants, and close to the downtown area. Walking into town at dusk was fun and had some beautiful views. Highly recommended.

We were traveling from the Midwest to NY state. I was a little hesistant to pull of the freeway and travel a few miles south to stay at a hotel, when in nearby cities there are hotels right on the freeway. However, we were very, very pleased and glad we did. The staff is professional, friendly, and gracious. The room/bathroom was very modern and spotlessly clean. I slept so good that I pulled away the sheets to see what kind of mattress it was. It was a "Simmons Beauty-Rest" pillowtop. I slept like a baby. The breakfast adds great value. It is really a full breakfast with waffles, bacon, eggs, cereal, fruit, juices, donuts, etc. While there is high speed internet in the rooms, there are also two computers with free internet near the front desk for those who don't have a laptop. We liked this hotel so the first time that we altered our travel plans and stayed here on the return trip because we knew it was such a great hotel. We also were given a coupon book at one of the "Travel Centers" that are located right off the interstate when you enter the state of PA. We paid only $69.00/nite for our second visit when using a coupon. What a deal!!
