One of the best hotels where I stay in. The room acomodations where confortable and nicelly cared, facilities are great The hotel usually didn't get to crowded and its very nice to be able to use the top floor pool (wich by the way is heated) alone. The breckfast is very well served and abundant. There are severall types of breads and fruits. It has also a game room with two Pool tables, chest games and several TV's. Since i was there alone with my wife, I could turn then all on in the same musical channel and enjoy like I was in a club. The hotel staff seens to be effective, altough not specially attentious. Location also is great, nearby commercial centers, subway stations and touristic routes.

We had a one bedroom suite with small kitchen. The rooms were very nice, The mattress had some sag which gave me some backache. The shower pressure was good but the temperature was cold one minute, hot the next... if you took your shower in the morning. The personnel were friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, although you almost have to beg for coffee refills, they do not offer it on their own. And no free wi-fi anywhere on the property... this fact alone will send me back to the Bonaparte Hotel next time. JB

I went to Santiago for a business conference, and people from my company booked me in this hotel. I must say that I loved everything about the hotel: First: Location is great. In a fancy neighborhood, really safe, and nice, with many places around to go out at night, and close to the Todalaba subway station. Rooms are clean, big, nice. Staff is very helpful. Best of all: the breakfast are really good (y)

You expect 5 star accommodation to be good, but the service and the staff at this hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had a few dramas with airlines and connections and the staff couldn't have been more efficient or helpful. It is a lovely hotel in a very good position but it was the staff who made our stay (we stayed there twice) memorbale.
