Good location (1 block to El Golf Metro Station), a plenty of great restaurants nearby. The rooms are large and clean, the staff very friendly. Breakfast OK, free internet at business center. The US$60.00 per night hotelclub.net rate was definitely a bargain. I'll be there next time in Santiago, for sure.

Nice flats / hotels in good neighborhoods of Santiago are not too cheap, but the Director El Golf (there are two and this one is right near El Golf metro) is a good choice to stay in the inviting and upscale Las Condes neighborhood, where one can walk to the metro or to restaurants and other places. Especially recommended if one is doing business or meetings in Las Condes. Service is excellent and roomas are clean and modern. Breakfast is OK and free internet at the Bus. Center and a not-bad gym are also included. Plus, a fair weekend rate is offered too.

I was on business in Santiago, Chile in late Aug 06 and my contact in Chile recommended this hotel. For the price ($90/night for a Jr. Suite) you could not beat it. This included breakfast. It was close to the nice part of the city, as well as shopping, food, etc. The room was very large, with confortable beds and nice ammenities. Overall, I was pleased and would stay there again.
