Excellent location to explore the beautiful city, the hotel is incredibly well located and the lobby is kind of cool and modern.

The hotel has a good location nearby shops, smart lobby and the desk staff spoke English very well.

The location is in a very convenient location just off of Plaza de Mayo with the Bolivar subway station (E Line) just outside.

Location was great- so close to some sights and the subway.

The bed was very confortable and it had the old fashioned bathtub.

My room was small but very nice, with hardwood floors, nice bed, closet space etc.

The room had single glazed windows facing into a yard, during the evening you can hear the multitude of air conditioning units from the other rooms and buildings.

There was a separate sitting room with TV, decent sized bathroom with excellent shower pressure, and a nice closet with a safe included.

The biggest problem was the bathroom, which was very dated- the bathtub was extremely slow to drain so by the end of the shower I was standing in several inches of water.

Staff are friendly enough, the breakfast bar is exceptional.

The restaurant where breakfast is served is just an OK-looking place, nothing fancy.

Moreover staff is very good, the breakfast is great.

The desk staff were extremely helpful-giving directions,calling a cab,giving a recommendation for a restaurant.

Free internet in the basement, nice breakfast and good Malbec wine.

Price is reasonable here, lobby is nice and the reception staff is very good.

There was free internet access and gym in the floor below the lobby.

I didn't notice at first, but when time finally came for me to retire for the night, I simply could not fall asleep as I was constantly startled by the roar of the elevator.

Lobby is nice, though on the small side, and always seemed kind of packed.

I used a comfy chair in the stairwell to get a solid wireless signal, and there are two computer stations in the basement.

They do have very good free wireless internet.

The room are relatively small compared to US hotels, but they were very clean and well maintained.

Rooms are kept fairly clean and the breakfast is fabulous.

Although rooms were always spotless, they vary enormously in size and comfort.

The bathroom was also nicer, and *always* clean.

Very safe area,fantastic price,clean room and a great morning buffet.
