more accuracy in description needed for packaged deals at this hotel

Booked via ba packages -The description of the packaged deal included a shuttle service however when we called the hotel to find out the pick up point they stated that it had not been avaialble for at least a year and more. --We asked the hotel reception how much it would cost. He repeated "seven hundred euros from Linate airport" several times which made us wonder where the actual hotel was located. In actuality it is 25 euros no more and no less so please be wary of the taxi drivers who charged 45 euros. It is best to ask the hotel for a number to call for this service. --The service was all round good but be aware that they do not supply iron/ironing boards or milk in your hotel rooms. Policy on --the irons and italians dont usually have milk so we had to order it as room service. --Complaining to the reception was like speaking to a break wall so we decided to enjoy our short break enjoying the sites instead. --Metro service is in the best location to the hotel so if you are on a short break and want to enjoy Duomo shopping and bar life / club life ...use it before midnight.

it was the cheaper 4 star hotel during i saloni fair in milan .... this hotel has all the 4 star hotels comforts but you need a car to move in the center

C'est vrai que la 1ère chose qui nous a attiré dans cet hotel c'est le prix qui était très raisonnable MAIS MERITE T IL SON NOM PALACE c'est vraiment la question qu'on s'est poser avec mon compagnon .... UN HOTEL TRES MAL INDIQUé MAIS UN PERSONNEL A L 'ECOUTE ... DES CHAMBRES PETITES pzs de chaines TV FRANCAISE ...pour les amateurs de petits dejeuners SALé je ne vous le conseil pas ... CUISINE EN GENERALE TRES SALé.... une salle de sport au sommet de l'immeuble avec une vue IMPRESSIONANTE mais très DECEVANTE ... c'est la zone !!!

Un hôtel récent mais loin du centre

J’y suis allé 3 jours en janvier pour assister à une conférence. C’est un hôtel qui a l’air d’un vieux bâtiment industriel rénové. Il est au milieu de nulle part, même si le métro n’est qu’à 50 m en sortant de l’hôtel. Pour aller de l’hôtel en centre-ville, il faut environ un quart d’heure, 7 stations en métro. J’ai testé leur restaurant, c’était bon mais pas trop cher. La chambre était propre bien qu’un peu "froide". Par rapport à d’autres Starhotels que j’ai connus, celui-ci est plus confortable. Au dernier étage, il y a une belle salle de musculation ouverte 24h/24. Si vous allez à Milan pour affaires, je vous conseille cet hôtel.
