The hotel is right next to the train station which is great if you're arriving by train. However, as we walked towards the hotel our first view (sadly) was a homeless man asleep on the grass in his underwear. Next to him was an old man taking a pee very obviously in plain view. Also, the front desk told us to be very careful at night walking around that area. So yeah...you get the picture.
Some good things:
-Hotel is on the metro line which is super convenient
-Breakfast is included and it even has hot items! (BTW you can ask for special drinks like cappucinos, and espressos free of charge!)
-Lobby is super chic
Room for improvement:
-Front desk could try smiling-and when they do it's obviously forced-they always seemed annoyed at us for some reason...
-Room keys are actual keys. Not cards. Keys.
-The rooms are quite roomy, but they could use some modernizing like the carpet, desk, wall colours.
Overall, I was satisfied, but I wouldn't stay there again because of location.

The hotel itself was located perfectly if you need to catch a train or bus to Malpensa. However, the room was very small, had a bad odor that the staff tried to mask with carpet freshener, which only made it worse. Thank goodness the window opened! Also, while taking a shower water was coming up through a drain in the bathroom floor in buckets! I had to use three towels so it didn't move into the room. Bed was ok, but very soft. Staff was accomodating but indifferent. In their defense I did not request another room because I was only there overnight. Overall I would not recommend, there has to be a better option in that same location.

Hotel located just outside the central train station. Great for getting to and from the Malpensa airport as there is a shuttle bus that leaves from the station.
Only a 5 min metro ride away from the historical centre.
Hotel staff were friendly, berekfast was good and the room was big and clean.
Eventhough we were on the 5th floor the street noise can be heard, it's not a quiet spot.

I also booked through lastminute.com where it said, the hotel would be a 4* next to the station. Well, let's be honest, it's rather a 3* but what do you need more than a clean room for a night? It was smelly when we came in, but once you open the big window, it's ok. I would stay there again, if I'd travelled by train! It is so convinient and the staff was very nice too!

I booked this hotel on lastminute.com. It was advertised as an undercover hotel and I didnt find out the name of it until I had booked it. All I wanted was a nice hotel near the central station. It was 4* and £180 for 3 nights with breakfast included so I took the gamble and was quite pleased when I saw the hotel. I read the reviews on here and became unsure about it. I can honestly say though that the hotel was good. The main lobby of the hotel is beautiful and the room we stayed in was in need of refurbishment but it was clean and tidy and had a really comfortable bed so I couldnt complain. The breakfast was really good and there was a big selection to chose from. We were ideally placed to reach everything we wanted to as it was all within walking distance and we were a 2 minute walk from the station. We flew into Bergamo airport and jumed on a bus which dropped us at the central station and then it was just a 2 minute walk over the road. So all in akll the hotel is excellently located for everything. And for £60 per night for the 2 of us I dont think we could have done any better. Anyone that complains about this hotel should really book into somewhere more expensive. We booked it for a romantic weekend and it was just really a base to sleep in as there was plenty to do during the day. I will never forget Milan as I also proposed to my girlfriend whilst we were there and she said YES!!
