This hotel was good for the price paid. It was a neat and clean room, although not much to look at. The furniture is a little old, but the location made up for it. Only a few blocks from the Metro station and a couple of blocks from the canals that were great for walks. The bathroom was very small and basically a wet room for the shower. This was really the only drawback. The hotel staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast included was a great variety and pleasant space for eating. I'd look at staying there again if back in Copenhagen, especially during the busy summer season when rooms are at a premium.

Very centrally located within walking distance of the town centre and all the main sights. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and courteous. Plenty of reasonable restaurants close by. Reasonable rates for Copenhagen considering its location. Highly recommended.

Overall a great hotel for a weekend break Good Bits: * I thought the inclusive breakfast buffet was a real bonus and although it was mainly cold food (fruit, hams, cheese, pastries etc) it was perfect for the hot sunny weather * Great location for sightseeing, a short walk from the main shopping street with one of the city's many lovely parks around the corner * Reasonably priced for Copenhagen with some good weekend deals direct through the hotel website * Very little street noise (although some noisy guests returned at 4am but hardly the fault of the hotel!) * Friendly, polite and helpful staff Not so great * Really there was nothing amiss with the stay. If I had to find fault I would say the furnishings and decor were a bit dated but still spotlessly clean.

I booked this hotell for a bussines trip since the hotell was located very close to organisation that I was going to visit. The physical location of the hotell with respect to the "city centre" is satisfying in my view. Also, not SO much traffic noise and some restaurants in the vicinity. The breakfast was good and was included. The rooms are boring and not very big. The furniture and the TV are a bit outdated, but functional. This hotell is nothing to rave and write home about but it was sufficient for my needs - number one priority being the location. Staff is friendly. The price for the room was surprisingly low, I expected to pay more for the standard and location.

Its not a bad hotel overall, its not the most modern and luxurious but it is clean and comfortable and it is in a good location to see the sights. We satyed there from Dec 31st to Jan 3, when we arrived at 10 am our room wasn't ready until 1 pm. the lady behind reception gave us a visitors map and breifly explained where we were situated and where some of the main sights were. I thought this was helpful and we went for a walk around the city. Upon return at 1 pm, as promised, our room was ready. It was not the easiest task to get food in the hotel, apparently the adjoining restraunts are nothing to do with the hotel so the staff could'nt give us any details etc. on the first night we stayed, all of the restraunts were fully booked, I asked if we could order food to our room however the staff said this is not possible. We didnt get to eat on our first night. In short, if you are looking for the height of luxury you will be disappointed. However, if you simply want somewhere to sleep and use as a base this hotel does the job.
