We (2 adults & teenage son) stayed at Hotel Andreola in July 08. Hotel is located 2 blocks from Milan Central train station (Milano Centrale) and the Malpensa airport bus stop. Location makes it convenient for airport transfer (2 companies run buses every 20 min starting at 4:30 am, cost - 7Euro, 50 min duration), metro (to explore Milan, cost - 3Euro for day ticket) and train connections (for day trips from Milan and other towns). Also the hotel is in walking distance from Corso Buenos Aires (major shopping street). Our room (triple) was quite large; it also had oversized bathroom. All toiletries were provided. TV had a large number of international channels. Breakfast was served from 7 to 10 and was very good. Staff spoke very good English and helpful with directions and advise. Hotel also provided Milan maps for people who needed it. Overall our stay was enjoyable and I will definitely recoomend stayingf at this hotel.

Hotel is located very close to the Milan Central train station which is a plus. The area is a little seedy but we walked around the neighborhood with no issues. The hotel is nice on the inside with an acceptable breakfast included. The rooms are standard size for Europe. Now for the bad, it was 90 degrees F both days we were there and the air conditioning did not work. The first day the hotel owned up to it but the second day they insisted it was fixed. Many other couples were complaining about this. We arrived on Friday and checked out Sunday and there was no manager on duty or on call Saturday or Sunday. It was impossible to talk to anyone other than the one person working the front desk. For a 4-star hotel to have no A/C and no management at the hotel for two days is unacceptable. On checkout we were told that we were not eligible for any financial compensation because "the rate you got is too good already".

Very impressed with the hotel on arrival. Staff very nice and helpful. booked a suprior room and felt a little disappointed with the size. Air conditioning in the room was terrible. Made my stay with them very uncomfortable and it would put me off returning there. Could hear other guests grumble about it too and spoke to one lady that went looking for other accomodation. Where assured by staff that there had been a problem but that it was fixed but i refuse to believe that.

A nice hotal within walking distance from the Milan central station. The hotels offers nice spacious well cleaned room with quite a lot of space. On the roof top the hotel have it?s own restaurant with a nice menu the covers most of the Italian specialties. A good and well eqipped breakfast menu is served in the hotel and are included in the room prize. A few blocks away you will find the metro taking you downtown of Milan but do not forget to walk by and inside of the central station.

Stayed there for 2 nights in May, we were given a nice smallish room facing the main road. Noisy at nite hence had to close the window. Room was clean & cosy. Good breakfast selection. Not so friendly staff at the reception. Good location near the main train station & metro. All in all, good experience. Would recommend this hotel to family & frens.
