Stayed at the Monte Carlo Bay for three nights in May. I can only describe it as sheer indulgence, perfect in every way. Just glad I was on expenses as it it very, very pricy - a real millionaires playground!

I recently spent two nights at this hotel with my husband. First the pros: nice rooms, beautiful spa, excellent restaurant and bar choice, beautiful pool and lagoon, good overall service. Then the cons: very crowded hotel, not enough sunbeds for all the hotel guests, unless you "book" them early in the morning putting some towels and personal stuff on them and hoping that noone goes and occupies them before your arrival... and no other spaces to sunbathe. Many, many, many children and babies, towels to return at the end of the day or you pay more than Euro 30.00 if you forget... Rather expensive rates if you consider that we had a city view for 380 Euro / night plus 27 Euro x 2 for breakfast and 30 Euro for garage / day. Go there if you have a family and enjoy crowded spaces.

This is one of the most fantastic hotels I have ever stayed in. The pool is amazing with a sandy bottom. Indoor pool area beautiful. I only stayed three nights, but felt I had been there weeks, it was so relaxing and welcoming. The breakfast was wonderful daily and room comfortable with fantastic views from the lovely balcony. It would have been easy not to leave this hotel, but glad I did to see what else Monte Carlo had to offer!

Overpriced for the overall service of the hotel. Also, dont forget to return your card that acesses the compound, they will not ask for it upon check out so that they can charge you an extra 35 euros - a nice goodbye gift that arrives by mail when you get home...
