Like someone else stated in his comment, there is no information about the hotel being renovated, neither on their website, nor when i booked through the phone with the reservation agent.
The front desk advised us of the works being done in the rooms at check in, and it surprised us. But the girl made sure that we had a renovated room. AC is missing but not a big deal, the rooms are nice. The receptionists are great, they were always making sure that we have everything and that we are enjoying our stay.
The rooms are very well maintained, housekeepers do a great job.
The restaurant is nice, the servers too, and the food very good. I can now say i had breakfast at Tiffany's...
Our stay was one of our favorites. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to everything, restaurants, shops, lake....
lovely stay, we'll go back there.

Tiffany Hotel is a lovely, comfortable boutique hotel. Clean, comfortable and well located for sights in Geneva and walking around the city. Our room was on the neat side, could have done with it being a little bigger but kinda took the view it was like Paris hotels, small rooms are to be expected in period buildings. The air conditioning was not the most effective, so in high summer you may be struggling to keep cool. Our room looked out to a small courtyard at the back so it was pleasantly quiet.
The staff were characteristically courteous, efficient and helpful. We had dinner in the hotel, and it was very nice and the restaurant was very pleasant to eat in. Breakfast was lovely, lots of lovely fresh fruit and healthy options to eat.

We stayed at the Tiffany Hotel for a couple nights in the Jr Suite and really enjoyed our stay. I was traveling with my wife and 4 yr old son so we went for the jr suite to have some more room. As others have indicated you'll get a geneva pass that is good for travel on the trams, buses, and also works to get to the airport on the train. The hotel is nice and up-to-date. The A/C works ok but could be better, but aside from that, I think the hotel is great. It's located about 5-10 minutes from old town and the main shopping strips. It's only a couple blocks from the tram station as well if you wanted to take that somewhere. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.

This hotel is currently under renovation, yet that information is nowhere to be found on their website. This means no bar, no restaurant and no fitness room which is really annoying considering the price. We like to work-out and always look to book hotels with facilities. They have no arrangement, other than to send you to Holmes Place at a cost of $35/Day- at your expense. As a previous poster noted, it is a sauna in the rooms, even though no heat was on. We would have to keep the windows open at night to get a breath of air, but then would be woken from the street noise. Of course, starting at 7:30 AM the buzzing and the pounding from the renovationswould wake us even if we did manage to sleep. Breakfast was eh-certainly have seen better spreads in other hotels. there is no point eating there, as directly around the corner is a delightful cafe serving freshly baked goods, quiches, fruits, yogurt parfaits and bowls of yummy cappucino. For a positive... I really enjoyed the location of the hotel, greatly convenient to everything, and the tram stop is right around the corner which takes you anywhere. I would stay away from this hotel. I feel sorry for the poster who wrote "best hotel I ever stayed at".

Stayed at the Hotel Tiffany for three nights in April 2008. Was hesitant to stay at this hotel because of the cost. However, found an excellent deal on Geneva's tourism website.
Room was great, service exceptional and, while I skipped the morning buffet, the coffee was super and the croissants the best I have ever had.
Had a choice of tours, included in the cost of the room, and took a wonderful cruise on Lac Lemain.
Hotel is in a quieter area of Geneva, but with many restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity.
Also, received a transit pass for the duration of my stay...which came in handy to tour distant places. Hotel is an easy walk to the train station and virtually all sites in this beautiful city.
Highly recommended and would definitely stay there on my next visit to Geneva.
