This was my 3rd stay at this hotel. The first time I stayed with a friend and it was comfortable and easy. The second, I stayed with my husband. The third, my mom and my 2 kids joined me. Each experience has been superb as far as the staff goes. The price is right for the accommodations- I love the coffee pot, fridge,and hair dryer. I love the convenience of being able to walk to restaurants, bars, and the casino. The first 2 times, I came in the winter and the hotel was less crowded and seemed cleaner. This last visit there were many people, including lots of kids, and the pool was pretty cloudy. But overall, I would not hesitate to return. AAA discount too.

I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised have received an email from the hotel after my stay. Most hotels don't do this. My husband and I have been going to Palm Springs since 96' and every time we go we stay at the Palm Mountain Resort. We love the hospitality and the competitive rates. Not to mention the hop skip and a jump from the main street. The rooms are large and very well equipped. We thank you for having us as your guest it was once again a memorable experience.

I love this place. It's my favorite Resort in PS. The staff is friendly and always pleasant and helpful. I've stayed here many times and will stay many times in the future.

We only stayed at, palm mountain resort and spa for a full weekend. It was the most relaxing exsperice that i have had in a long time, so quiet and romantic. The staff was so professional i was amazed that the quality was awsome. You gotta stay.

Overall, this hotel is in a great position, and is safe with good security. Its a short walk to all the bars and restaurants and star bucks is just around the corner. The pool is a good size and grounds are well maintained, and great value we paid $99 per night. I have stayed here on numourous times and will definitely be staying this year in 2008. I think yes some of the rooms need an up grade.
