Very nice and clean hotel!! The rooms are large and they have all the amenities. Also and the bathrooms!!
We like a lot this hotel! A litlle outside the centre, but no problem at all!! You can go directly with a tram!
Near is a shopping center, very nice with a huge supermarket that you can find everything!!!
The breakfast was very nice with nutella that i love and very good espresso!!
We asked about a restaurant near and the staff of the hotel they send us with a taxi in avey nice one!!! We really enjoy our dinner,so we went again!! Lovely food in good prices. Very good service and the staff very very helpfull and polite!! You should go!! Just 5 minutes by foot from the hotel
The hotel arrange us a taxi in a fixed price just 5 euro more of the price we paid when we came. I find it very reasonable,as we call it. Wer good service and the taxi companie also!
Well we sure stay there again!!

This hotel was booked by my company for my bussiness trip. And actually this one of the best hotel that they booked.
Very good location: not at the center, but you can use tram for reaching the center
Very nice price and service like 4*+. Very good quality of breakfast. And room was briliant: always clean, and big
Lovely hotel, helpful staff

Myself and my husband had a fantastic stay at this hotel. We chose to stay a little out of the centre of Milan due to cost and we were pleased we found this one. It is a 5-10min ride by tram into Milan centre and the stop is directly opposite the hotel which was very convenient. You can buy your ticket from the hotel reception and it was only 3 euros's each for a day pass unlimited travel on the tram, bus and underground.
The rooms were clean and comfortable and came with little extra's such as slippers. The bathrooms were small but looked very glitzy and posh.
Breakfast was standard but very nice. Had a good selection of fruit, cereal and yogurts and also had hams and cheeses etc. If your into a good english breakfast you wont find it here as they only provided scrambled egg, sausages and italian bacon which were ok but not fantastic.
Overall we were very pleased with this hotel as the location was good and the staff were very helpful. They recommended a gorgeous restaurant called Uno Piu which was 5 min walk away and it was beautiful. So ask at reception if you fancy a lovely italian meal.

We booked this hotel after reading the other reviews. Firstly getting to the hotel was dificult as we followed the directions from the hotel web page, but we found out they were out of date. We tried to catch a trolley bus and was wanting the 33 as mentioned on the hotel web page. it is now the 19 or 11 that you need to catch. We ended up getting a taxi to the hotel from the Central Station which cost 15 euro. On arrival at the hotel the staff were ok, I wouldnt say over friendly as stated in some reviews. The room was very nice - modern, spacious and clean. We headed over to the shopping centre which many people mentioned in their reviews. Well worth it too. The supermarket is fab, and we had a drink at the cafe. There is a bar on the way to the supermarket which we found very reasonably priced - 2 euros for a large beer instead of the 5 euros that you would expect to pay. We were dissapointed with the breakfast. yes there was a choice. The waitresses were on the miserable side. 2 out of the 3 days they never gave us any milk for our tea and coffee so we used the milk from the cereal section. The bacon and sausage were not very good and the egg was dry. We sampled the hotel bar which is in the basement. I think it would be better located where they serve the breakfast on the 5th floor and open the doors to the terrace. However all in all it was a decent hotel. We wanted to stay alittle out of the centre, and the location was fine. We did visit the San Sero, however we caught a tram into the centre and then a tram, I think it is number 16 to the San Sero

Although a little out of the centre, the hotel was easy accessible by public transport No's 14 & 19 from the Duomo. There is a fantastic shopping centre across the road which houses a supermarket, with almost everything on offer, including a wine bar which is located at the back of the store selling Corvo at ?1.80 a glass it was incredible. So! back to the hotel.. It was quite nice, clean modern rooms, small bathroom, friendly staff. Breakfast was average, although I did get lucky one morning and found a crisply cooked bug in my portion of scrambled egg. having said that I would stay at this hotel again but would avoid the breakfast. I have stayed in many hotels in Milan over the years and would rate this one marginally above average.
