before we stayed here we read reviews online and were prepared for some really horrible place. however, we found a clean hotel. two minutes walk from the midi train station, 20 minutes stroll into the centre of the touristy part of town. the beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean, and the breakfast was more than we expected. also, the staff are very friendly and always want to help. i would definately recommend this hotel.

I was a member of a group of friends who visited Brussels for a EUFA Cup football game. I had booked this hotel via a booking website. I had requested and had confirmed by e-mail three twin mini suites with en suite facilities. When we arrived we were told initially that the rooms were not ready. When eventually they were the rooms presented were not what had been requested. The small two bed room was very poor, the shower was dirty and did not work properly and the bedding ensured that you did not sleep under the covers. The larger room had to be seen to be believed. There were two double beds and two single ones. The windows did not close properly and the traffic noise from the main road was almost overpowering. There was one television that worked and 12, yes twelve, that did not. There was a long table and two wardrobes that you would not want to put clothes into. The bedding was similar to the other room, the carpet was dirty and the bathroom very poor and grimy with no stopper plug for sink or bath. The mould around the shower taps a nice pale shade of green. The main ceiling light fitting by the entrance door had dangerous wiring and looked ready to fall down at any time. The list goes on but there is only so much space and time available. Suffice to say dodgy hotel in a dodgy area and avoid it like the plague. You would be better to stay around Grand Place where you would feel much safer.

un peu vieillot mais pas sale contrairement a ce que j'ai pu lire. le personnel est gentil et se met en quatre pour vous satisfaire et vous trouver une place de parking gratuite (rare a bruxelles). a 15 minutes de marche de la grand-place et pret des transports en commun. si je retourne a bruxelles, c'est la que j'irai.
