Satisfied with my 6 night stay this past June, SUPER friendly and helpfull staff, great breakfast, clean, and comfortable, great location. small beds ( as expected in Europe) no AC, again par for this class of hotel, room was a bit dark ( window opened to side of a building) but overall satisfied. very clean and functional bathroom, price was great at 99Euros/night. would stay here again,

Having stayed here for the 3rd or 4th time over the years I have to say the Rho is getting much better. The rooms seem to have had a touch up and now appear much cleaner and brighter. The staff at reception are friendly and helpful as ever. Breakfast - well its edible and plentiful. THe location is the selling point - very good.

We stayed Friday 27th and Saturday 28th June, I found everything about the place to be of a high standard. I made the reservation direct with the hotel - on the reccomendation of a friend - which made things simple and straight forward in that respect. The hotel is in an excellent location within walking distance of most attractions and many great bars/restaurants and cafe's, yet as it is on side street is very quiet itself. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is not too bad at all - cereal and fruit, fruit juice, tea and coffee and scrambled eggs and bacon - considering most hotels do not include any breakfast I don't think that's to be sniffed at!! Our room was an ample size for all the time we spent there, and was very clean and comfortable - the shower was particularly good!!! That's important to me and I am sure many others too!!! All in all I cannot think of any negative points to this hotel and would highly reccomend it to anyone!

The Hotel is in a great position in Amsterdam just off Dam Square and ten minutes from Centraal Station. The Rho is spotlessly clean, with staff who could not do enough for you be it answering question about Amsterdam, the best places to go etc, I can not speak highly enough of them! We stayed there for my mates stag do and even when I found myself locked out of the room in just a towel due to high jinks no one complained or got the funnies with us. The only downside was the breakfast I went down looking forward to the bacon and scrambled eggs but, realised on the first mouthfull I had made the wrong choice it was minging!!

This hotel has a great location, just across the street from Dam Square its close to all the main attractions. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but we have stayed in Amsterdam before so we expected that. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. No noise at night time from the street. Hotel breakfast is nice, bacon is very salty though! We spent 3 nights in the Rho hotel and would recommend it highly!!! We had a wonderful stay.
