If you cancel less than 2 days before your arrival date, you will be charged by the hotel as for the first night.
If you do not cancel and do not arrive you will be charged by the hotel as for the first night (no-show case).
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing My Booking page.

It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE/ADVANCED".

Cancellations have to made via the link on your confirmation message. If this is not possible, please cancel via fax/e-mail by using the details on your confirmation statement.

All bookings must be guaranteed with valid credit card. In case of invalid credit card details the hotel has the right to cancel the booking.

Notice of the cancellation must be received at least 24 hours prior to the date of arrival to avoid a charge of 80% of the total amount of stay.

IMPORTANT!
During trade fair periods a notice of cancellation must be received at least 8 weeks prior to the date of arrival in order to avoid the full charge of the stay. No-shows will be charged with the total amount of booking.
