Hotel bien situé. Pour le reste, une catastrophe. Décoration totalement démodée, établissement mal entretenu (boite d'olives ouverte dans le mini bar, pas de renouvellement du papier toilette si vous restez plusieurs jours, pieds de la chaise de bureau cassée, fenêtre de la chambre cassée, climatisation impossible à régler...) et très bruyant (couloirs résonnants et chambres mal insonorisées). Pas digne d'un 4 étoiles (savon et gel douche dans des bouteilles en plastique fixées au mur, difficile d'avoir une bouteille d'eau à minuit !). Restaurant de l'hôtel plus que médiocre et cher au regard de se qui se fait traditionnellement sur Grenade. En revanche, petit-déjeuner très bien.

Lo que me gustó de este hotel, es la muy buena ubicaciòn que tiene, carca de la zona peatonal, restaurante, tiendas y lugares turisticos ( de la Alhambra no). Es un hotel viejo y a mi parecer, las habitaciones no tienen buen mantenimiento, por supuesto que están limpias y las mucamas hacen su trabajo, pero el mobiliario ya necesita un cambio. El desayuno bien surtido.

The location was great, the room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. On the down side, the AC wasn't on yet, so we had to sleep with the window open. The trash collectors came by at 2:30am and were incredibly noisy. They woke us up and kept us awake for a while. There was also a problem with the showerhead, but it still worked. We easily walked everywhere in the city that we wanted to go, and we found the location to work very well for us.

Está muy bien situado en el centro y al lado del casco histórico. Tiene parking. Las habitaciones tienen una decoración horrorosa, pero están muy limpias y son muy espaciosas. El estado de conservación es bueno. El buffet del desayuno es muy completo.
