The Sheraton Sioux Falls & Convention Center is an elegant six-story hotel, attached to the Sioux Falls Convention Center by an enclosed, all-weather walkway. The Sheraton's dramatic lobby features two indoor waterfalls made to replicate Falls Park, glass elevators and a botanical atrium. An additional 97,400 square feet of meeting space - including ballrooms and exhibition space - is available to accommodate groups ranging from 4 to 6,000 people. Audiovisual equipment is available, along with on-site technicians.

Please note the following seasonal information:
- November 24, 2008 to December 2, 2008 - the Gift Shop/Starbucks will be open on a request basis only. The Club Lounge and the Falling Water Grille restaurant will be closed however the Water's Edge Lounge will remain open during this holiday period.
- December 20 to December 23, 2008 - the Gift Shop/Starbucks will be open on a request basis. The Club Lounge will be closed and the Falling Water Grille restaurant will have limited hours of operation.
- December 24 and December 25, 2008 - the Gift Shop/Starbucks and the Club Lounge will be closed. The Falling Water Grille restaurant will close at 2pm on December 24 and will reopen on December 26. The Water's Edge Lounge will close the evening of December 24 and will reopen at 2pm on December 26, 2008.
- December 26 to January 5, 2009 - the Gift Shop/Starbucks will be open on a request basis only. The Falling Water Grille will be closed. Water's Edge Lounge will serve food in the evening.
