From the moment we entered the Hotel, we were treated as family. Every single person in this Hotel was friendly, welcoming, caring...everyone!! The rooms are beautiful and air conditioned. It was hot and muggy, so we really appreciated the cool air inside. There is a lovely garden area, where people gathered at night for "happy hour"...which doesn't mean "discounted drinks". Drinks are regular priced, but they offer a wonderful buffet for free when you order drinks. It was a great deal and a great way to sit and relax in the gorgeous garden area. Just a hint..wear mosquito repellent! There is a metro station right across the street, which made it easier to get everywhere. Although, it was only a 15 minute walk to the center of town. This was our final stop for our trip and I guess we really did save the best for last!!

The Sheraton Diana Majestic is a great hotel. It's located close to the city center and just a couple hundred meters from the Natural History Museum, a huge park, outdoor shopping, a supermarket, and the Metro station. It's also only a 15 minute walk or a 4 minute cab ride from the train station.
As a Starwood Preferred Gold Guest, we received an upgrade to an enormous executive room with a great view. The fitness center had everything we needed with treadmills and elliptical machines for my wife and free weights and chest and leg machines for me.
There is also a great restaurant and a killer nightclub in the hotel. We stayed at three hotels in Milan during this vacation and I definitely recommend the Sheraton Diana Majestic!!!

The hotel is very centrally located. It has a nicely decorated lobby, bar and restaurant. There is also a lovely garden in which to while away some time.
The room was very large. The bed comfortable. The bathroom was also very large and it was perfectly clean. However, there was no way to regulate the temperature in the room. It was just too hot. I just opened the windows. I couldn't be bothered to complain because I knew it would get me nowhere. I wouldn't open the windows during the hot Milanese summer, esp. with the huge mosquitoes that Italy has. So, I wouldn't recommend this hotel in the summer.
I really liked the garden. It was a nice place to get an aperitif. However, in all the public spaces (garden, restaurants, bar, lobby, business center) the hotel felt the need to pump in mild dance music/R&B and it really got annoying, particularly in the garden where it would have been perfectly lovely to just relax and listen to the water in the fountain. Why is this music necessary outside of the bar during the evening? I don't understand. The music was pumping also during breakfast in the hotel's restaurant, which was all white in decor and overlooked the garden - really gorgeous, so why detract with the silly music? Oh well. Breakfast was good and it was included. I did have to pay for the cappuccino, however, but that's ok.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel's hairdryer was not working and I urgently called down to the reception desk. A new hairdryer was brought up within three minutes.
The hotel's bar is a very popular hangout for drinks.

This was the last stop on our Italy trip and this was a great hotel with a huge room and good location. Hotel had a nice bar and courtyard area that turned into a nightclub. Really close to the Venezia metro stop. Overall great hotel with lots of ammenities and would definitely stay here again.

I found this hotel to be ok but for the money it should be better. The rooms are small, outdated and have uncomfortable beds. My room also had an bothersome smell to it (sort of like a cheap perfume). It gave me a headache so I had the windows open most of the time. I do have to mention that the bathroom was very nice.
The hotel also featured a very nice bar. It was crowded at night with a lot of beautiful fashion/model types ( i also witnessed a fashion shoot int he lobby). Seemed very trendy. I found the food and the coffee to be good. If you want a regular coffee ask for an american coffee. If you don't you will get espresso.
I also recommend the pizza place close by. I don't remember the name but it is the best I ever had. The prices are inexpensive, seemed to be filled with locals and had a nice atmosphere. It was only a block or 2 from the hotel.
