Walking distance to the bus stop, 10 mins. Contemporary and clean room with big bed, central heating, a safe, and TV set. Particularly good bathrooms with a bidet.

I had a wonderful time exploring the neighborhood of 5411 Soho. The hotel is conveniently located near numerous bars, cafes, and even a 24-hour restaurant. After a long day of sightseeing, it was a treat to unwind in their freezing cold plunge pool before enjoying a sauna and hour-long massage. The spa experience was truly relaxing and great value for the price. I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and excellent spa treatments.

You buzz the door to enter reception. Was very good for hotel security and peace of mind. Even though it is a safe area, buenos aires has a reputation for crime. Even some retail shops have a buzz to enter front door. Buzzer door was not annoying. It was perfect security. Perfect location for plaza Serrano bars and la cabrera restaurant. Samantha and Mora from reception were incredibly helpful with Buenos Aures information. They never hesitated to pick up the phone and order cars, book tango shows, suggest restaurants, areas etc. So patient and wonderful!

The front door was always locked and you had to ring a bell to gain hotel entrance. There are no phones in the room! The room keys were antiquated and impractical. The front desk staff was running around to answer the front door and answer phones. They were overwhelmed. Also, they should be a little more knowledgeable and offer services such as laundry and be able to change local currency into smaller denominations.

The staff were all good, and the room was contemporary and incredibly comfortable for baggage. It had central location close to Plaza Serrano Square. All the services were exceptional!

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Went out of their way to organise me a driver, even before I was a guest in the hotel. Excellent location close to bars and restaurants. Nice room. Very cheap food and alcohol in the hotel. Free glass of wine upon check-in. Will stay here again in future.

Spent Easter at this boutique hotel recently and had a great stay. The location was perfect, just steps away from vibrant shopping and restaurant scene. It was easy to navigate and explore the area on foot. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with anything. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a great style that made us feel right at home. Our favorite part of the stay was the complimentary wine, a nice touch that truly made us feel welcome.

The breakfast left much to be desired, with limited options that were average at best. the pros outweighed the cons and we would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very kind, the rooms are no so big but have enough to have a nice time and the design is really pretty and modern. Also the location is so good, close to good restaurants, bars and downtown stores. I can surely recomend it.

Maybe they can put a frigobar inside each room and could be perfect!
