The shame about this hotel is that I was only staying one night. The rooms are beautifully furnished, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. We had one queen sized bed and a large couch in our room. No microwave but the fridge was very large. I would defiantly stay here again!

Went to GrandJunction for an interview. Scheduled pickup at the airport. Called when I got in earlier and they picked me up, no problem. Front Desk staff was helpful. Recommended Applebees for Dinner, it was excellent. Rooms were clean. Great Value for the money. Highly recommend for short stays.

My wife and I were pleased with the room, especially the bed, which was one of the best beds we're ever had at a moderately priced motel. The motel is on a busy, somewhat noisy street. Perhaps we should have asked for a room facing away from the street.. The continental breakfast was ordinary, except for the inclusion of yogurt.

We booked 2 nights. After checkin (we thought about checkout) we decided to stay just one night.
Front desk clerk were not interested, not friendly. Both looked bored.
Pool was closed, hot tube was closed. Our kids were "happy"!
Breakfast room was not available - you have to take it to the room were was not enough space. Horrable crowded to get breakfast items. Choice of items was not sufficient.
The room we get was directely by the stairway under a roof - no light, no sight. Everyone who enters or leaves that level walked by the window. You can not just hear them - you feel them!
We asked for another room, we were told that there were no free rooms (vacancy sign was ON)! Unfriendly.
Asking for additional sheets we got pillow cases instead...
Room itself was quite O.K. It was too dark. All lights on necessary at daytime, too.
Ventilation in bathroom was very loud. Water-tap dripped.
At nighttime it was cold because the blankets provided were too thin.
Outside a lot of dirt and leaves, also in the stairways.

I checked in about mid-evening and unfortunately problems did not become evident until hours later. The toilet was partially clogged (not my fault) and the air conditioner started making loud noises. Most unfortunate when the daytime highs were in the 90s. I also do not like the overstuffed pillows that this and another Best Western offered. All in all, I did not sleep well. As usual in hotels today, nobody asked me how my stay was in the morning. But at least I remembered to leave a note and I hope the problems will be addressed. You'd think the staff would at least have noticed the toilet problem before I checked in. (Well, things got worse, so I'm sure they at least noticed after I left.) On the plus side, the room was very attractive and the continental breakfast was pretty decent.
