I don't know what all these people are talking about! I had a very pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly, the indoor pool was clean and swimming pool towels were unlimited upon request. The microwave and fridge along with the coffee pot was very convenient. Keep up the good work!

There are many hotels in the area that should be consider before ever staying at this location! Here is want my family experienced in the worst overnight stay in our lifetime: Hairs on the "clean" towels Hair on the bathroom floor Unknown stains on the tiolet seat Stains on the pillow cases Then looked at the pillows and they had old brown stains on them The room smelled like mildew and something else I could not determine. After checking in and going out to buy spray and a candle, we managed to stay and then in the morning get out of there as fast as we could! It was not worth a dime!

Super 8 Hotel in Elizabethtown Ky was a very bad experience for me and my family. The people were very rude. When my wife ask about the water in the pool to be heated the gentlemen said it wasnt cold but the temperature gage read 48 degrees, As soon as we got there are key wouldnt work then the tv blew up and started smoking. The gentlemen brought us a refrigerator that had mold in the inside. The bed was broke. No towels for pool and you couldnt see the bottom of the pool it was so cloudy. So i recommend that the health department investigate this place. It was so bad we left and gave them the money for the one night. Then we went to the comfort Inn which was great.

My husband & I stayed at this motel for one night while traveling. Dead tired & it was within sight. No chance to check the reviews. This was so disgusting. We pulled back the covers on the bed & the sheet came down with it, there was a mattress pad on the bed, COVERED in hair of former guest I presume. SO sick. Travelers beware, this is a no tell ( what lurks) motel. I would absolutely not recommend this to anyone. If you need rest it is impossible to obtain here. No wake up call needed. Sleep elsewhere & happy traveling.

My mistake...thought an inexpensive hotel would be fine for my soccer team. My fault as there was no place for the team to be other than in rooms. And, although we had two teams of exceptionally well behaved kids staying there, and had 27 rooms of the 58 for us, the managers and some of the other patrons were constantly on edge and complaining about every movement of the team. Foul language from the partons was everywhere. As far as the hotel, we booked through group sales, which was a waste of time. The hotel charged EVERYONE more than group sales had quoted. Also, they botched the reservations for 10 families who were coming Saturday only. fortunately I had four pages of email transactions to back me up. Maybe unfair of me, but no more Super 8 for any of my teams, after 21 years. And if you are in Elizabethtown, go the extra money and be happy somewhere else.
