Gosh, I don't where to start but lets put it this way I can't find much to complain about with this hotel. I don't have much time so I will keep it short and sweet: Positives ~ great rooms, very spacious and tastefully decorated friendly service (not just polite, they treat you like a friend). nice restaurant, great food and surrondings fantastic reccomendations from the front desk (too small to have a concierge) maids cleaned the rooms to perfection Negatives ~ Good but not the best location I normally hate being dissapointed with a hotel and generally stick to the safe option of big 5* hotels. However, Alden hotel has really showed me how much better a boutique hotel can be. If you are unsure about booking don't be it's a great hotel.
