We have stayed here a number of times, but this time we were very disappointed in the cleanliness. The room was clean enough when we arrived, but the glasses had toothpaste lip marks on them from the previous guest. I assumed the dishwasher misses this, so I left them uncovered so that they would be replaced. The next afternoon when we returned the glasses indeed has new covers on them, but they were the same dirty glasses. The lip marks were still there. If you check out the maids carts you will see that there are no glasses, which leads me to believe that the glasses and mugs in the rooms are recycled daily without ever seeing a dishwasher. With all the bugs going around I find this practice to be unacceptable. I had seen things like this on 20/20 but really thought the Euro Suites would not engage in this kind of practice. If I ever stay there again which I dont think I will, I would wash all the mugs, coffee pot and glasses myself, or bring paper cups from home. This ruined everything good about the hotel for me.

We (four couples/ 3 suites & 1 Executive) had a wonderful experience at Euro Suites in Morgantown WV- CLEAN, from the moment we approached the front lobby, front desk, halls, elevators and rooms. Courteous, helpful and smiling staff at all levels. The executive suite was roomy enough for all of us to spend a wonderful evening together. Bedrooms were quiet so we all slept well, The Breakfast was so convenient and tasty with a good variety of food. We will definetly return in the future.
Ok...I guess

Decent location as far a Morgantown goes, close to the university/hospital. The best thing about Eurosuites is the complimentary visits to Health works (the local upscale fitness facility). Otherwise, it’s your basic accommadation except for a few nice touches:
Complimentary slippers in the king suites
2 TV’s in each suite
Decent buffet breakfast in the mornings
What’s disastrous about the hotel is insufficient front of hotel parking and a card reader in the back parking intermittently works which means you have to walk around to the front a lot of the time. The slow scary solo elevator is something to contend with as it might take you 10 – 15 minute to simply get of your floor. I question the general cleanliness of the hotel. I woke up itchy during the night a few times despite not seeing any evidence of bed bugs. The place is generally dark and a little dank.

I too was reluctant to stay because some of the reviews where bad. But I absolutely loved this hotel. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The full breakfast was above and beyond for any hotel and a bonus that is it completely free. I was traveling on business and the rooms were great because I had a room that I could work in and a completely separate to sleep in which made my life much easier. I did read on an early comment that they needed a fitness room and lounge. Well they have both. I had to ask how long they have had these amenities and they said since the place opened.....so maybe the people that stayed before didn't pay to close attention. The lounge was great with free hors d’ouevres each evening. I definitely recommend this hotel without hesitation. Between the hotel and the staff you will love it too. So stay and enjoy!

I volunteer at my church as a youth leader and every year our church and a bunch of other churches in our region meet to have a youth leader retreat. Last year was the first year we stayed in the Eurosuites Hotel and because of the cheap price, I was pretty nervous about the conditions we'd be staying in. We walked into a beautiful lobby (the hotel pictures don't lie) where an exceptionally nice woman (especially for the time of night and for how many of us there were) gave all of us our cards to get in to our rooms. We walked around the first floor of the hotel just to check out where we'd be eating and having our seminars. The sitting room part of the lobby had a big screen TV, big comfortable chairs and couch. This room connected to where we'd be having breakfast the next morning and it also connected to just a little area with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. I suppose because it was late, there was nothing set up, but we took a couple bags of hot chocolate and got hot water from our in-room coffee maker.
The rooms were very nice. A comfortable couch with a table next to it and a decently sized TV. We hooked up my friend's Game Cube and everyone was actually able to see their part of the screen without sitting on the floor directly in front of the TV :-) The kitchenette does have a microwave, sink, coffee maker, refrigerator, and even a freezer. As this was a group event, food was already provided to us for the fee that we paid so there was really no need to use much of the kitchen equip. We did use the freezer one night when we got Coldstone Creamery and it kept my icecream frozen!
The bedrooms were really nice. If a bed is bad I know the next morning because my back will be KILLING me, but this one was great. We didn't really have any problems with the heat at all. The bathroom was just the usual for this type of hotel. Just a small room with a tub/shower, toilet right next to that, and a sink right next to that. The thing I loved about it is that there is counter space. I hate living out of a suitcase so I like to unpack and put makeup and things like that on the counter so I can easily get to them. I could leave my stuff on the counter and still have room for washing my hands, doing my hair, etc.
The breakfast was great. They have definitely changed it from just the usual continental breakfast of dried out bagels, donuts, and muffins. You can now choose from scrambled eggs, pancakes, do-it-yourself waffles, frest fruit, yogurt, toast, and cereal. If I remember, there was also french toast. This was along with bagels, donuts and muffins, but they were fresh and never dried out. The staff was incredibly accomodating and never ignored us or looked over our heads (something I deal with daily because I am short and it's easy for people to pretend they don't see me if they don't want to help).
We are staying here again next month for the same retreat and I am definitely looking forward to it!
