When we stayed in February 08, the hotel was just built. Its styled in the very rustic/west type of decor. The beds were comfortable in this room which was a nice surprise as my experience in Residence Inn's is just the opposite. The rooms are always spacious with a small kitchen and living area.
The morning breakfast buffet was tasty and included eggs, waffles, cerals, pastries, several types of juice, fresh fruit and more.
The hotel is located right off I-90 and has shops across the street and a great restaurant - Johnny Carino's - country Italian -yum!
The only thing I had a problem with was kid's in the pool. I'm all for sharing, but when the kids are jumping and splashing throughout the whole pool - while their parents are right there - I get a bit annoyed. Not the hotel's fault though.

We stayed at the Residence Inn in Bozeman for one week during Spring Break. I booked the room as a Marriott Reward (Since I often stay at Marriott hotels on business) so the entire stay was free for us. We had a one bedroom unit which was great for our family of four since the bedroom door could be closed and locked and the children could sleep on the hide-a-bed in the living room area. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and the quality of the furnishings. The one bedroom unit has flat screen TV's in both the bedroom and in the living area and we thought this was very nice. There was a nice outdoor courtyard area with a gas fireplace and gas grill. The pool and hot tub were a little small but the pool was warm and we enjoyed our swimming time. We never used the exercise room but the equipment that they had was first rate (TV's on treadmills, etc.). The hot breakfast items were changed around every day and there was a lot to choose from. The only small negative was the evening "Manager's reception". We thought they might serve alcohol but instead they only offered a light dinner but it was still better than nothing. The other notable that put this hotel over the top was that they set up a special Easter Egg hunt with some very nice prizes on Good Friday. We really felt that the staff did a great job to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

What a find. We just turned up here one evening and were offered a rate of $99 per room. Well the room was huge, modern and very clean. It had a full kitchen with all utensils, crockery etc., a very comfortable sitting area with flat screen tv, dining area, a great bed with modern linens and a good sized bathroom. This was a room that a couple could easily live in.
Downstairs is a good sized swimming pool and hot-tub, an area with computers and the lobby area where a great breakfast area is served. There is no restaurant on-site but we had a good meal at the Outback Steakhouse which is within very easy walking distance. Every evening a social hour is arranged with complimentary soft drinks and light supper. We did not stay but had a quick look at the offerings which seemed ok.
Staff friendly and efficient.
You definitely need a car here as it is situated a little distance from the centre of town near a retail park.
This place was perhaps the best value hotel I have ever stayed in.
