The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service and making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The room I stayed in had a balcony with a stunning mountain view, which added to the overall experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle of the city. In terms of value for money, I was pleasantly surprised with the prices and the attention to detail in the hotel's amenities. The breakfast provided was delicious and a great start to the day.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Kodaikanal. the staff were very friendly and helpful, arranging a vehicle for us within 30 minutes. Secondly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a good night's rest. Lastly, the location was perfect, offering stunning scenic views along the way.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The view of the misty mountains was breathtaking and the cleanliness of the hotel facility was impressive. Though we were away from the town center, the hotel provided easy access to local sightseeing spots and transportation was readily available. We appreciated the fact that the hotel had ample parking space for our vehicle, which made our travel convenient. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel staff was always willing to help and provide excellent service.

Great view of the mountains and mist. Friendly front office staff always ready to help. The food was good and the housekeeping staff was efficient in cleaning.

The phone in the room had issues connecting to the reception. Poor bathroom design with a nonfunctional handgun. No clear signboards leading to the hotel, making it easy to get lost.

Nice and clean rooms equipped with the basic necessities for a comfortable stay. The hotel is located in a calm and serene environment, free from noise and pollution. The buffet breakfast was enjoyable with good quality food.

Limited hot water availability during specific hours and no 24/7 running hot water. The food options were limited and not very appetizing.
