I stayed here the night before taking one of the first flights out of TUL.
If you stay here and fly, you can leave your car in the hotel parking lot at no additional charge.
The room was clean, but I think they could do some interior renovations so the room doesn't seem dark. This doesn't mean that my room was dirty, but I think they could stand to do some renovations in the hallways and at least the room I slept.
The lobby is nice, so that must be where the renovations stopped if they've performed renovations at this location.
Sleep Number Bed. You are a 45 second shuttle ride to the terminal at TUL, but the Hilton Garden Inn across the street shares the shuttle with this Radisson. The Hilton Garden Inn across the street charges extra for you to park your car in their parking lot if you stay at that HGI. The shuttle seems to run continuously 24-hours.
There is a bar and a restaurant at this location, although I cannot comment if either are good or bad as I did not use the restaurant or bar. But there were people in the bar at 10:30pm-11:00pm.
The layout of the hotel is slightly confusing as you can leave the lobby one way and end up walking for awhile before you reach your room because this is a two story building. Because its two stories, the hallways are long with so many rooms.
As someone else said, if you are looking to stay at the airport before an early morning flight, this location is fine for this when you combine no charge for parking and a 45 second shuttle ride to the airport (I'm sure you could walk and cut through the TUL-owned long-term parking lot and make it to the terminal --- the Radisson shares a property line with the lot --- I don't know this for sure as I didn't check it out).

I ended my vacation at this hotel in May and the very next day I flew out. The location is great, I had no problem getting the shuttle to take me to the airport the next morning. The problems I had was when I first got there they gave me a room that had not been cleaned yet, and there's no elevators. It's a lot of walking depending on where your room is, but I knew that ahead of time. The pool there needs to be cleaned a little better, it wasn't too bad. The hotel staff were very friendly, no problems there. I ordered room service and it was delivered very quickly, it was pretty good. If you're just staying one night and flying out the next morning this would be a good place to stay.

I stayed at the Radisson for work, and the location was great because it is right by the airport. It's a little difficult to find, so if you're walking from the baggage claim, follow the signs to "Long Term Parking" and you're set.
The hotel seems a little dated, and the employees were just average. The hotel is a lot bigger than you think it is - my room seemed like it was a mile walk from the check-in desk. The staff was friendly, but it seemed like it was a forced friendliness.
The room was comfortable. All beds are equipped with the sleep number bed, so there are all sorts of wires coming out of the bed. I was too tired to even care what the controls were for! But the bed itself was very comfortable as it was. Surprisingly, it was very quiet (but then again the Tulsa Airport isn't exactly that busy).
After going to downtown to eat (I highly recommend Caz's Chowhouse in the Brady Arts District), we spent time at the hotel bar. I guess bars are fun when you go with the right people because we had a great time and met other people staying there as well.
Overall, the hotel is pretty average. But if you want a place to stay close to the airport that is quiet and has a comfortable bed, this is the hotel for you!

I had read alot of negative reviews of this hotel and we were leary of it . However we named our own price on priceline and for the 2.5 stars it showed, we figured the 30 bucs a night we named was a good deal, as we stayed 3 nights. So we took our chances. We got there and I was impressed by the shining floors of the lobby and the professionally looking staff. We got our room, which i would reccomend checking in early (3 pm is check in time). this way you get a downstairs room as this hotel is 2 floors with no elevators. We got our downstairs room with a beautiful king size bed. The entire room was clean,, there was no construction going on. Plenty of parking, no noises in the middle of the night, etc.
There is a train which you can hear about 9 a.m. if your awake. However, if your sleeping, there would be no way you could hear it and it turns out to be a long way away so its amazing you can barely hear it anyway.
Some of the downsides to this hotel is that there are no restaurants nearby. You will have to drive a few miles to get to them. They do offer room service and have a bar and restaurant onsite, but pricey.
One of the days we stayed the maid did not clear our room at all and since we were out all day and didnt get in until late, we couldnt get new towels, etc. So that was not cool. No tips for them. Beware of the snack machine in the hall way, things get stuck in it, if they do, just shake the byotch alot.
The shuttle driver was very cool and he is happy to take you around the airport should you need service there, or you can walk as you are about 1/4 mile from the terminal, but amazingly you dont hear planes taking off at all.
There are two big indian casinos each about 8 miles from the hotel.... one in each direction. I recommend the million dollar elm casino, because it was not under contruction like the other one is, and you can go to the bar there, get drinks and walk around the casino drinking them. Most casinos wont let you leave the bar area, but this one is cool about it which makes it more fun to play when you get a buzz.
If you happen to want to take a drive to the south side of town, there is another large casino on the arkansas river which has alot more variety than the two nothern casinos, and to our experience, the slots are looser there.
This was my first visit to Tulsa, and probably my last unless i bring the grandkids to the Oklahoma Aquarium which was pretty nice.
I say my last visit simply because there are so many cities and great places to explore in the USA that its fun to go to a new place.
Rule # 1 if your going to Tulsa and want a nice cheap place to stay. Get on price line, type in 30 bucs for your own price and include the tulsa airport. you will get a nice room that is normally 89.00- 129.00 bucs a night depending upon what day it is.
What a deal
