Stayed at the Radisson for 3 nights for a business meeting and found it absolutely superb. The location is great- only 10 minute stroll into the main square and across from a lovely park. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast is excellent and the rooms are tastefully furnished- although it's clear some rooms are bigger than others. The bed is lusciously comfortable to sleep in. Unfortunately there's a lot of stag parties in Krakow and I don't think I'd have liked to be closer to the town centre and the gangs of drunkards. I heard no noise from where the Radisson is.

The Radisson is in a great location, a couple of minutes walk from the main square, the old town and the castle.
It has everything you would expect from a 4 or 5 star business hotel - good public areas, decent food and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Internet is wireless, fast and free and the TV has all the international channels you would want.
The drawback is the total lack of character - you could be anywhere in the world. The menu is entirely "international" with no Polish food to be seen - just a surfeit of ciabatta and cheeseburgers.
Thumbs up if you are on business and just need somewhere reliable to sleep - if you are travelling on vacation, I'd look for something with a bit more character.

We have just returned from a 4 day Eastervisit in Krakow.
Arrival
We would like to recommend that you contact Radisson and use their Taxi service for 65 zloty.
You will have a driver that awaits you outside customs with your name on a sign.
The driver takes your bags and in minutes your are on your way to Krakow and the Radisson
We where two in our party but the taxi /mini bus could take at least 6 so if you are a larger group its a great price.
Check in
We where greated friendly and proffessionaly.
And to our delight we got upgraded to a junior suite!
Needless to say we where happy!
We loved our room 613 with a beautiful wiew of the Wawel chastle.

Luxurious marble bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower.

Location
Again great.

Great location; unusual "modern communist tacky" decor.

I am writing this review from the hotel, as I am accompanying husband on 5 day business trip to Krakow. It is the first time in Krakow for both of us. We arranged for the hotel car to pick us up at the aiport for 26 x 2 zl. The driver promptly met us carrying a sign with our names. Check in was very fast. We have a nonsmoking king room with full breakfast included. The room is huge by european standards, but the decor is 'unusual'. I call it modern commmunist tacky. Everything is clean, but the 50's modernist furniture clashes with the surrounding medieval buildings. You get a blue room or a red room. It's good for a laugh. My only negative is we were given a room that looks onto a very ugly inner courtyard. Definitely ask for an outside view of the Platy Park or castle! In summary, the LOCATION CAN'T BE BEAT! You can walk to all the important sites from the front door!
