WOW! The Radisson at the waterfront made our trip to Cape Town unbelievable. From helping us rent a car, free shuttles to the V&A Waterfront, hiring a taxi for a day, providing electical convertors, fitness facilities, amazing breakfasts, turndown service, and remembering who we were when we came back from a day of sightseeing, the Radisson is highly recommended. We had a room that overlooked the ocean and enjoyed the views. It was winter when we visited so it was quite chilly and rainy. We booked spa appointments for a rainy day. Although you have to pay for the airport shuttle it was a nice convenience and our driver was standing there waiting when we flew in and provided insight about Cape Town on our drive back to the hotel. If you are looking for exceptional service and quality I would recommend the Radisson.

Our stay at the Radisson Waterfront in Capetown was fantastic. We weren't quite sure what to expect and were so pleasantly surprised at the beautiful hotel, great location and wonderful service we received. We had a beautiful two bedroom suite overlooking the ocean and harbor with unbelievable views and fantastic sunset. It had a huge master bedroom with wall to ceiling glass sliding doors as did the living room. It also had a great kitchen, which we did not use as we went out to dinner each night. Everyone at the Radisson was wonderful, hospitable and serviceable and even went out late at night to get some over the counter medicine at a pharmacy for our daughter. From the moment Radisson employee Maxwell picked us up at the airport , we knew we had made the right choice in picking a hotel that values customer service. The hotel arranged for a knowledgeable and delightful guide, by the name of Gordon, to take us all over Capetown, to the Cape of Good Hope, to see the penguins, and Whale Watching. The tours were not inexpensive, but well worth it in our opinion. Every morning there was a delicious buffet breakfast, free shuttles to the Victoria and Albert Waterfront (although one could easily walk), and just an overall feeling that the hotel really appreciated us being there. We would definitely recommend this great place.

I had stayed in this hotel on two previous occassions and I was not expecting to be staying there for my most recent trip to Cape Town. That being said I was delighted when a disruption to my originally booked accomodation meant I had to return to this hotel for a 3rd time. This hotel has to be amongst the very best Cape Town has to offer. The standard rooms are very spacious, with modern facilities and a large bathroom. A king sized bed is also provided. The hotel has an excellent buffet breakfast and it is reasonably priced. In room Wifi is free of charge and there is a health centre and business centre. The sea front location is magnificent and transport to and from the V & A Waterfront is provided. Sea Point, Clifton, and Camps Bay are all but a few minutes away. This is an excellent hotel that consistently provides excellent service year in and year out!

I stayed here for 4 night on a business trip. As a female traveling alone I was a little apprehensive about being in Cape Town but those fears were unfounded. Hotel was fantastic - i came home late each night to turned down bed, complete with TV guide and remote open on my doona. A nice touch.
Absolutely make sure you book an ocean view - I think it would be a little lacking without it and it was divine to wake to sound of waves.

I stayed at the hotel for business for almost a month and the service was so good that they made me feel at home - remembering my name each morning at the breakfast table and arranging for my own meal choices to me made in the evening. The room was nice - big, but not huge. The views overlooking the sea from my balcony were amazing.
I really enjoyed the hotel spa and gym, which was a proper spa and biggish gym rather than those hotel's which pretend a tiny room with a bike is a 'gym'.
The location is spot-on, views amazing and the service the best I have ever had.
Would definately recommend to everyone.
