We arrived late, around 10 PM on a rainy night. The front desk staff was busy chatting with their friends and seemed annoyed that they had to interrupt their conversations to register us. The first room that they sent us to had not been cleaned by housekeeping that day. When we went back downstairs to inform them of the problem, the girl behind the desk just handed us another key, never saying a word, and pointed over to the elevator. The second room had been serviced by housekeeping but was also not very clean. The next morning we noticed a Hampton inn close by and wished that we had stayed there. I would avoid the Ramada Limited at all costs.

The hotel was fine, good location, next to the I-40 and also some restaurants nearby, but the frontdesk personal is not friendly.
We first got a room which has no wireless internet signal, so after my complain and waiting for some time she gave me a new room, but also there I had no signal.
To make it not worser I did not complain again, but I used the cable which was in the room.
To use this cable and to sit near a table you must rebuild the room because the cable is to short.
When we asked for a towel in the evening to go to the swimming pool the girls at the desk did not even look at us and handeld the towel without watching.
Next time I do not take this hotel again.

I chose this hotel because it took pets and was close to the Cracker Barrel in the newer part of town (it's right next to the mall). It seems a little older, but our room seemed clean and the beds were very comfortable. The pool is 24 hours for adults but closes at 10:00 for children; however it is VERY small and not very nice. I was prepared to give this hotel a decent review until breakfast. I knew it only had a continental breakfast bar, so I was prepared for that, but the breakfast area was really cramped. There were no plates available, so I walked over to the desk to see if they could help me, and the two early-20's girls "in charge" (one was playing a game on her cell phone) told me to look in the cupboards! I blinked at them and went back to look in the cupboards, but couldn't find any. plates. The girl on her cell phone (still playing) finally came over and dug out about 6 plates. The toaster only toasted the bread on one side. We had 5 tables to choose from, and they were all dirty. I chose one, then went back to the desk. I said, "Is there anyone who takes care of the breakfast area?" and they said they were it, so I said all of their tables were dirty and there were no napkins. I got the feeling they didn't really care, but one of them came over to wipe the tables down. As we were leaving I noticed that someone else was trying to get milk out of an urn that was apparently empty.
I might stay here again because of the beds and the location, but I won't eat there again, and I'll hope I never have to ask for anything from the front desk...

We found the Ramada Ltd. to be a clean, basic motel with all the usual amenities, plus an in-room refrigerator and complimentary appetizers in the afternoon.

We stayed at the Ramada Limited in Gallup for a quick overnight stop driving from California to the east. It did not seem to be keeping up in quality with the numerous other comparably or lower priced limited-service chain hotels in which I have stayed under similar circumstances. It was very basic; the continental breakfast options spartan. We had stopped first at the Comfort Inn down the road, though, and left after looking at the property while waiting in line to check in.
