This is the second time we stayed at this hotel after a college visit. It is a five minute drive to the airport and their shuttle is convenient and reliable. We were running a few minutes late for our early morning shuttle, and got a phone call from the front desk to make sure we wouldn't miss it. (This, even after they had given us a wake-up call!) The room had 2 queen beds which were very comfortable, and the TV had a good selection of cable channels. The room was clean, and the shower had an excellent showerhead with massaging capabilities, which was welcome after days of hauling heavy bags around. Our room faced a small yard area with other rooms opposite it, so leaving the curtains opened didn't give us much privacy. There was a slide lock on the windows for security, but I wanted to open the windows to get some air circulating to get rid of that "hotel smell" and couldn't get them open. There is a restaurant with a decent selection of meals and the prices weren't bad. There was a bar attached, which was quite smoky, so if I'd wanted a drink, I'd have gotten it "to go." The pool area was nice and I enjoyed a good swim. There is a separate weight room and sauna, and a room with a jacuzzi. Here was the only "nastiness" we encountered. My daughter went to the jacuzzi and there were two very loud, obnoxious, foul-mouthed young women wearing their underwear instead of swim wear in the jacuzzi as well. They had a crying baby with them (who should not have been in the jacuzzi) and they kept screaming at him to be quiet and calling him foul names. My daughter was too intimidated to go to the front desk and report this, so she just left and went back later when they were gone. Their vulgarity upset her. I don't know if anything would have been done about it if we'd reported it. Overall, for convenience to the airport, cleanliness, and having a restaurant on-site, I'd return a third time.

I have read some bad reviews about this hotel but our experience was fine. Our room was very clean and check-in and out was quick and easy. We left our car for two weeks with no problem and their shuttle service picked us up quickly when we returned from our trip. The personel at the front desk were polite and friendly. I have nothing bad to say and would not discourage anyone from staying here.

This was the worst hotel experience my wife and I have had in years. We booked a king size delux room with pillow top mattress. The room was not nice at all. The carpet was matted and dirty and the window looked out into a 5-foot wide space between buildings that was being used for equipment storage. The door handle did not work properly and I had to shove my shoulder hard into the door just to get it open. Worst of all, when we pulled back the bed covers, the sheets were wrinkled and had food crumbs in them. It was absolutely disgusting. We requested another room and were downgraded to a room with two double beds. I left a note for the manager regarding these issues and requested compensation, at a minimum the difference between the room I paid for and the room I was downgraded to. It has been over a week and I have not received a call from the manager nor have I been credited any of my hotel expense. My past experiences at Ramada Inn's have been very positive so this was a big disappointment.

Based on the reviews, I wasn't expecting much- all I wanted was a clean place near the airport for one night. We landed after midnight and was grateful to meet a friendly face at the desk who checked us in quickly. Our room looked out over the little courtyard, which is a lot better than the parking lot views I'm used to. The bathroom was a little worn out, but the bed was clean and the water hot, so I had everything I needed. The walls are thin, so every slam of every door reverberated through our room, but overall, I was happy with our stay.

We paid $74 plus tax for a Monday night here. We had a 7:15 AM flight, so this was convenient. ROOMS We had a King room, overlooked parking lot. But was spacious and clean. Had a dresser, desk, table with couple chairs, large closet. TV with lots of cable channels. Good lighting in room. Alarm clock, refrigerator and microwave, coffee maker. Free wireless. Bathroom was fair sized, shampoo, conditioner, soap and hair dryer. Sink with large counter area. Bath/shower combo ... bathtub was showing it's age a little bit, but the shower had a good shower head with good shower pressure. Although, in the morning at 5 am, it took a bit for the water to get hot, but it did after a couple minutes of running. OTHER There is restaurant/lounge in the hotel. (didn't try) Outdoor pool looked nice in a little courtyard area, also an excercise area and hottub in an enclosed area off the pool. Laundry facilities were off our hall. Only complaint was that after checking in, we went out to dinner and arrived back at 9:30 PM, it was almost impossible to find parking because I guess they offer fly and park in their parking lot and the spots near the entrances that are marked for "hotel guests only" were all filled, so had to search for a parking spot.
