ResortQuest Seabrook Island is a private 2200 acre gated club and resort community just 30 minutes drive south of Historic Charleston. Seabrook offers miles of pristine beaches on South Carolina*s beautiful Atlantic Coast as well as acres of woodlands and marshes uninterrupted by hotel or high-rise condominium developments.
Each property is privately owned and designed to complement the island*s natural beauty. All feature fully equipped kitchens and furnished living areas for at-home comfort. Guests can relax on screened porches or decks overlooking rolling dunes or quiet woodlands and golf courses.
Guests have access to a variety of resort amenities including the beautiful beach with gentle surf - golfing - tennis - bike riding - boating - horseback riding and children*s activity programs. A full service marina is nearby complete with shops and restaurants.
Resort amenities and services are charged on a cashless system. Guests will obtain a Club Access Card at check-in available only from the Seabrook Island Club. This Card costs 25USD per day or 150USD per week plus a 10USD deposit. All guest activities on the Island including tennis golf dining pools etc. will be charged using the Club Access Card. Until further notice ResortQuest Seabrook Island will rebate guests 25USD per day up to 150USD for the cost of this card. ResortQuest at Seabrook Island condominiums are located in a separate location from the check-in location. All guests must check-in at 115 Freshfields Drive Johns Island SC 29455-5467. From the check-in location guests will receive their keys as well as driving directions to ResortQuest at Seabrook Island. The Reception Center is open 7 days a week from 0730 AM to 0800 PM. Guests planning to arrive after 0800 pm should call the office at 800-378-5843 before 0700 PM to arrange for key pickup.
