Eigentlich wollte ich dieses Hotel als überdurchschnittlich bewerten! Service, Freundlichkeit, Zimmer - war alles ganz toll. Nach zwei Tagen Seminar wollte ich im Fitnessraum etwas trainieren. Trotz 20-min. Suche war der Fitnesswart für mich nicht zu finden. Da ich mit vielen Geräten vertraut war, begann ich mein Training. Was ich aber vorfand, war erschreckend! Ein Gerät deffekt, der Crosstrainer erschien mir sehr wackelig, die Anzeige kaum lesbar und richtig einstellen ließ er sich auch nicht. Der Gerätekomplex in der Mitte des Raumes war aber die Krönung!!! Ich habe erst einmal einige Schrauben mit Hand festgezogen, um das Gerät nutzen zu können, habe mich dann aber entschieden, mein Training abzubrechen. Es war mir einfach zu gefährlich! Liebes Kongresshotel! Bringt das schnell in Ordnung! Dann ist Euer Hotel super!

I stayed here for 4 nights in September 2007 as part of a business trip. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend to all. The location is a little out of the way (from central Potsdam) but its less than 10 euro taxi from Central Station or 15/20 mins on the Tram. The tram station is 2 mins stroll from the hotel – but it’s a dark walk in an very quiet area, so I would not recommend for lone female travellers after dark. The building itself is remarkable - see my photos. Interior is what you would expect from a quality modern hotel. Rooms are reasonable size (little small possibly). The bathrooms and good and most rooms have a large (communal) balcony area with great views. Rooms have a work table and internet access is available (at a charge) in rooms and there is a free PC in the lobby. WiFi in lobby only – I think. Breakfast was particularly good and better than the average Germanic affair, with a huge selection of foods. The bar is well stocked and very good prices (for a hotel bar). I found the bar staff to be particularly friendly. One taxi driver told me this is the best congress (I think he meant conference) hotel in Germany !!! I think I would agree.

Ich weiss gar nicht, wo ich beginnen soll: Hotel liegt sehr günstig, ob mit Auto oder den Öffentlichen. Infrastruktur ist perfekt. Die Leute passen gar nicht in die "Service-Wüste Deutschland"! Die sind freundlich, auch nachts! Ich empfehle dieses Hotel, auch für Feiern. Preis/Leistung stimmen. Schaut mal auf deren Site!
