Moderately Clean - What you Expect

I stayed here for 2 nights with my family. When we checked in, I would say the room was moderately clean. No big stains anywhere, but didn't feel spic & span either. The housekeeping went down from there. When my family got back the next day, housekeeping had made the bed and refilled soaps, but did not empty the trash cans or replace the toilet paper (I called down and somebody came up with a roll). Also, there is supposed to be free internet, but the connection was too weak, at least from my room (#219). I would see that there was a wireless network, but when I would try to connect, it just couldn't. I then went downstairs to get an ethernet cord, and nobody knew if that would work, but I gave it a try anyway. It didn't. Because the pool is inside, the place smells strongly of chlorine, and you can hear pool noises from your room. This place only has two floors and has no elevator. The breakfast buffet consists of cereal, pastries, bagels, hard boiled eggs and waffles! not bad!

My boyfriend and I stopped here one night on our way to Las Vegas (from Alberta). We chose this hotel because it was the first one we came across driving through town. For the price, it was exactly what we needed. The room was a good size, and everything was quite clean. The bathroom was fine. The "continental breakfast" at these places is never stellar, but it was nice anyhow - muffins, juice, coffee etc. I was more than satisfied based on the price and my expectations.

This is a good hotel to stay in. Good value for the money. What I liked most was the room was very quiet. The heated pool and jacuzzi were indoors and open all year. Staff was friendly. Would highly recommend.

Stayed here two nights for business travel. Positive: room clean and comforable, though average size. Hotel is located very near the greenbelt, so a person can conveniently walk along the Snake River. Wireless internet worked very well. Neutral: breakfast bar is adequate. There is a Denny's across the street and many other eating establishments within a few blocks. Negative: noise from hallway comes into room. The fan in the AC/heating unit is really noisy.
