Excellent value for money. Very friendly and efficent staff. Waitress service in breakfast restuarant of exceptional quality!! They were inobstrusive and helpful. Food tremendous. Reception staff of same high standard. The location for public transport was ideal. One slight criticism is the pillows, however if I had asked for a second one the staff would have obliged I am sure. We will return again!!! Lou Lister

Germany hotels are usually pretty nice but stay away from this one! This is supposedly a 4 star hotel but I wouldn't even give it 2 stars! These are the most uncomfortable beds I've ever tried to sleep in as they sink even when you sit down. The pillows are worthless and uncomfortable. The rooms are extremely small and housekeeping woke us up at 7:30 AM even with the "Do not disturb" sign on the door. It is accesible by subway/tram but stay somewhere else if at all possible.
