We have just returned from a 3 night stay in this hotel. Having an apartment with a separate room for our 22 year old daughter was very economical compared to some of the hotels we have stayed in before. The hotel is very convenient to the underground rail system and 15.60 euro covered a full days transport for 5 people in zones AB &C. All in all a good choice, our only complaint being the fact that the hotel must be close to an emergency station as several times our sleep was broken by sirens from emergency vehicles passing in front of the hotel. This being the case I would ask for a room facing the courtyard the next time rather than one facing the street.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights recently and had a very comfortable stay. The hotel is in a good location, 1 minute's walk away from a U-bahn station and within walking distance of the main station and Unter den Linden. 5 minute's walk took us to Oranienburger Strasse, which had a wide choice of bars and restaurants, plus there were supermarkets and bakeries nearby too. We had booked a junior suite, which had everything we needed for our stay, including a well-equipped kitchen, a DVD player and a stereo. There was also a balcony overlooking a small garden. The double bed ( actually 2 beds pushed together but you wouldn't notice) was comfortable and the bathroom pristine and large. Everything was clean and nicely presented. Breakfast was included and looked like standard buffet breakfast fayre, but on our first morning (Sunday) the breakfast room was crowded so we ended up buying provisions and cooking our own. However, the room did not seem to be crowded the other mornings we were there. The hotel also has a sauna, a fitness room and a bar, although we didn't use these. Overall, we found this to be a well-priced and located hotel, and will definately use it again the next time we visit Berlin.

I will definitely recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. With the price, we surprised to get a lot unexpected accommodations - excellent complementary breakfast buffet, laundry room with three washers and three dryers that are free for guests, two computers with internet, very modern gym room, sauna, bike service, large TV with DVD player, large and very clean bathroom.... I will definitely come back. The front desk service could use some improvement. They should find a way to control the use of two computers by some school children who occupied the computers and played the games for a long time....
