We had a business and pleasure trip to Dresden and Poland and the Quintessenz was ideally placed, being a few minutes from Dresden airport and only a short drive from the Polish border. The moment we walked through the hotel entrance we were struck by the crisp cleanliness of the place. the receptionist was smiling and very attentive and all the staff had very good command of english. The room had a bright clean feel about it and once again was scrupulously maintained. What really impressed us was the attention to detail offered at reception and the super restaurant Toskana on the top floor. We also had the pleasure of meeting the boss, Frank, who was very much a part of the team. We highly recommend this hotel for pleasure and business and will certainly be returning soon.

Wir waren geschäftlich und privat in Dresden und Polen und das Quintessenz hatte eine ideale Lage, nur ein paar Minuten vom Flughafen Dresden und mit dem Auto auch nicht weit von der polnischen Grenze entfernt. Wenn man das Hotel betritt, fällt einem sofort die makellose Sauberkeit dort auf. Der Angestellte an der Rezeption war am lächeln und sehr aufmerksam und das gesamte Personal dort sprach auch gut Englisch. Das Zimmer hatte ein helles und sauberes Ambiente und war ebenfalls in einem makellosen Zustand. Am meisten hat uns dort die aufmerksame Art des Personals an der Rezeption und das super Restaurant Toskana im obersten Stock beeindruckt. Wir hatten auch das Vergnügen und haben den Geschäftsführer Frank kennen gelernt, der sich als Teil des Teams verstand. Wir können das Hotel für private und geschäftliche Reisen sehr empfehlen und ich werde dorthin mit Sicherheit auch bald wieder zurückkehren.
