Nicer than I expected

This hotel was great for the price. We paid $90 a night including tax during the last weekend in February. We arrived late at night and there was limited parking but a parking attendant guided us to a space in the back. I was pleasantly surprised that they had a parking attendant and that he was in the lot after midnight. The lobby is impressive. Looks like it has been recently remodeled and has nice furnishings. The rooms are nice size except the toilet and shower area. However they have tried to make the most of the shower space with a rounded shower curtain rod. The beds were comfortable and our room had a microwave and mini refrigerator. We didn't get a chance to check out the pool area but from a distance, it looked quite nice. We also did not get up early enough for the free breakfast. We were disappointed that they stop serving breakfast by 9:30. When you are on vacation, that seems pretty early. But for what we saved on our room (we usually indulge ourselves at the Inn at Entrada) we could afford to buy breakfast elsewhere. This hotel looks like an older "motel style" building but everything in it was newer and clean and the outside grounds and building were in good condition and maintained. My only complaint: We couldn't leave the curtains open to let in some natural light without giving up some privacy as all the connecting walkways run past the windows...a building design flaw. We lived.

The hotel was nothing fancy, but had a nice lobby and pool area. The rooms were clean, but the drain in the sink was slow, otherwise nice. For the price, its no frills on the room, but the pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast looked good too.

I've stayed here twice in the past 6 months. It's a very nice place; didn't have breakfast as I left early. Front desk is helpful and rooms are clean and carpeting spotless.
I won't stay here again because there is no air conditioning and the windows don't open. I did walk around looking at other windows to see if I was the exception, but, I wasn't. None of the windows I saw opened. It was mid-April and the room was stuffy. I couldn't tolerate this mid-Summer.

Quality Inn, South Bluff St, St George Utah. We were pleasantly surprised at the hospitality and cleanliness of this mid-range hotel. The lobby features overstuffed leatherette sofas surrounding an inviting fireplace. Rooms are average sized for a hotel of this type- and are exceptionally clean. Bathroom is somewhat small- but perfectly acceptable. Rooms contained a coffeemaker, refrigerator, and microwave. Our room also contained a comfortable recliner. Breakfast bar maintained by pleasant staff member, who promptly refilled items that included: biscuits & gravy, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, two jucies, milk coffee, tea, fruit, yougrt, breads, pastries, "make it yourself waffles," and cereals. Complimentary computer kiosk in lobby, and very pleasant outside pool/jacuzzi area. Walk across the street to a Shell Convenience store, as well as Pancho & Lefty's Mexican Restaurant. Oh, and don't forget- this is Utah. If you enjoy a bottle of wine in your room- you must buy it out of state and bring it with you. Also- only low percentage beer is available in stores and restaurants. You won't go wrong here.

Convenient to Zion

We stayed here after coming out of Zion National Park (about 70 minutes away). The room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet ( and it was packed). The price was $59 for a double bed , quite reasonable.
There's a Dennys just behind it and a number of convenient gas stations
and eating places.
We'd stay there again.
