We arrived at the Hotel Parc Belle-Vue during the May heat-wave. This modern hotel was easy to find, and driving in and following the signs made the booking in procedure very easy. There is very secure underground parking available at a price (currently 15 euros a night). The room was fairly basic, but spacious and clean. The bathroom also, modern and clean. If this review does not add up to 'excellent' so far, just wait a little.
Breakfast was a delight. A large selection of quality and fresh produce, including very good pastries and breads, ham, cheese and fruit salad, as well as all the usual fare, were on offer. The breakfast staff were numerous, attentive and professional.
The setting and location of the hotel is stunning. The views of the old city, bridges, green valley, magnificent churches and grand buildings was breathtaking. To leave the car at the hotel, and take a five minute stroll into the old city along a quiet and leafy road is a delight. I am sure that the lovely weather did play a part in our enjoyment.
Luxembourg is a brilliant weekend/short break destination. Make sure that you visit the Museums (some of the best we have ever found), browse the many expensive 'designer' shops, and have a beer or a glass of wine in one of the numerous cafes set in the formal squares.
When we return to Luxembourg we will definetly stay at Hotel Parc Belle-Vue again.

This hotel is very centrally located but I found it a little biy like a youth hostel. The rooms are pretty basic and the bathroom was very small. The TV was very limited in what you could view.
Probably a good job that was only here for one night. Would not want to stay here any longer than that although the breakfast was good.

Stayed 4 nights at Parc Bellevue. I have no complains: clean room, perfect functioning bathrooms & wc, big window, silence. Price includes an excellent breakfast, which is offered at the restaurant located in the courtyard. No minibars in the rooms, but there are distributors always functioning. The reception is actually located at 20 meters distance from the hotel itself (the hotel is paired with Hotel Plaza and share the services with it).
I want to underline the great friendly and supporting staff working at the hotel: as I was sick for 2 days during my stay they made everything possible to help me though no room service is usually offered.
The hotel is located at 10 minutes walking distance from the centre of the city.

The good news: there are two hotels side-by-side, owned by the same company. They share the same front desk, bar, and restaurant facilities.
The not-so-good news: The Parc Belle-Vue is touted as the "economic" hotel while the neighboring Parc Plaza is the "business" hotel. The advertising is true: at the Belle-Vue you get basic accommodation. My only complaint is that basic shouldn't mean moldy showers and no window screens so that bugs fly into the room the minute you trun the lights on (they leave the windows slightly open for ventilation while you're away from the room).
On the positive side, the front desk staff is helpful, and knowledgeable of the immediate area in particular, and of the city in general. The breakfasts are top-notch.
I would have gladly upgraded to the Plaza but for the prices. The Belle-Vue runs about 120 euro (we got a business rate of 100), while the Plaza is more like 165 euro. On balance, I'd stay at the Belle-Vue again, but not get my hopes up.
