We found the outside of the hotel to be surrounded by somewhat threatening looking men when we arrived at 9:00 pm. We couldn't get anyone to help us with luggage. The first set of 2 rooms we were given had 20 foot ceilings with windows only on the top 4 feet...the equivalent of no windows. The air conditioning didn't work and it was very hot. The lamp by the bed had burned out light bulbs. The ancient 13" TV, minibar refridgerator, and the desk lamp didn't work. We finally realized none of the electrical plugs on that wall worked. The beds were metal frame, and the little cotton rugs on either side of the bed were badly worn & thin, as were the bed spreads. The bathroom only had a shower & the grout throughout the bathroom was black with mold. We finally were moved to different rooms after a major confrontation. The second set came a little closer to the pictures ont their website, but the grout was still black, even though we were in a room with a jacuzzi tub. By the way, the manager knew the air conditioner didn't work in our first two rooms; he stated they had tried to work on them.

This place was quirky, in the centre of old Naples. Very attentive staff. Beautiful old room with high ceilings. Lots of room to move. Lovely breakfast. Very close to Bill Clintons Pizza resort, and the underground aqueducts. If concerned about noise ask for quiet room away from the street. Loved it immensely, and especially our departure gift - a parcel of pasta we ate over the next two nights. Never had a present from a hotel before.

non all'altezza di un 4 stelle. stanza standard assolutamente spoglia con vista su orrendo cortile interno, bagno con tristi piastrelle bianche e gialle. la doccia faceva un bel "guazzetto" oltre ad essere difficile da regolare la temperatura dell'acqua.

Il dubbio, espresso tra l'altro in altre recensioni, rimane, come si può considerare questo hotel un quattro stelle? La stanza in cui ho alloggiato aveva il bagno doccia in condizioni deplorevoli. Lo staff è simpatico, disponibile. Non manca la pulizia tuttavia non può essere considerato un quattro stelle se non per il prezzo.

I've been there with my girlfriend. We really enjoied our staying there, in a nice room with all modern efforts and and really so clean. Staff was very warm, nice and friendly. I'm sure we'll back there in our next trip in Italy!!!! EXELLENT 4 STARS,HIGHLY RACCOMENDED
