My wife and I stayed three nights at the Glen Mohr in early June. We were thoroughly pleased with every aspect. We had a room at the top of the stairs on the second floor (top floor) in the main building with a river view. The room was very large and was apparently recently remodeled. The bathroom was very nice with a great shower and a separate bathtub. The room had a flat screen tv and a great view of the River Ness.
Breafast was very good with several choices including eggs cooked to order.
Reception personnel were very helpful. The location was ideal. We would definitely stay here again on another visit to Inverness.

We just returned from a short trip to Scotland. During our stay, we took a Rabbies tour of the highlands. They booked our room at the Glen Mohr and as luck would have it, we were placed in one of the rooms that had recently been refurbished. The room was brightly decorated and the bed was large and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel as the location was also great. We had a wonderful view of the river and only a block away from the castle.
We did see one of the rooms that had not be refurbished. I'm guessing the lesser reviewers had one of these rooms as it was not as plush as the new ones.

We stayed in the Prince of Wales room for 6 nights. It was clean, spacious and well serviced each day. The view across the river was fantastic and the hotel's location is excellent. The ensuite was huge.
We had an excellent breakfast each morning in Nico's and had a couple of enjoyable dinners as well.
After our first night, we advised the staff that one of the curtains was not attached properly to the curtain rod and it was fixed whilst we were out that day.
There was always plenty of room in the carpark for our hire car.

Viaggiavamo con un gruppo di 20 persone. Ci siamo quasi tutti lamentati delle camere (troppo piccole, troppo trascurate, le cose non funzionavano). Il personale era da una parte cordiale, dall’altra arrogante. Gli addetti al ristorante sembravano piuttosto stressati. Dicono che sono cambiati i proprietari. Forse le camere verranno rinnovate e tutto personale seguirà una formazione entro il 2008.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 20 Personen. Die meisten von uns beschwerten sich über ihre Zimmer (zu klein, zu heruntergekommen, nicht funktionierende Geräte). Das Personal ist teilweise freundlich, teilweise arrogant. Der Restaurantservice scheint mit Stress überladen zu sein. Es wird behauptet, dass der Eigentümer gewechselt hätte. Vielleicht werden ja die Zimmer renoviert und das gesamte Personal bis 2008 geschult.
