This hotel was great. Although it only had single beds, the room was nice and tidy, bathroom great, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and friendly. The breakfasts were fantastic. There was also a spa pool. What I loved most about this hotel was the fact that when you walked outside the doors you were inside a huge shopping mall. A little bit of a trek into the city centre, but worth it.

Me and my wife visited Vienna for a 2 day city break and found this hotel on Easyjet's website at a very cheap price (£85) for two nights inclusive of breakfast. Although the hotel is not in the centre of Vienna, it was just a 10 minute train journey to Karlsplaz (Centre). Reading some of the previous reviews , i must say I was a bit worried but when I went there I was really pleased. Clean, spacious and comfortable room (no view though). Also the staff were friendly (showed us where to go for sightseeing etc) and the breakfast was delicious. I recommend this hotel as its prices are very cheap and the service/rooms are good.

I got a good price for this hotel through the Web (gulliver travel) and it was very conveniently located near the Austria Congress Center and a few meters fro mthe Web. Also practically within a large Mall. The rooms are nice, large if you get a double, and with all amenities, except soap and shampoo separately. The breakfast is reasonably good in a large room.
Now for the bad things: there is no restaurant in this hotel, only a small bar, but it's true you can find a restaurant near by in the Mall. I had to fight to get a non-smoking room. The sauna, solarium fitness center is only open after 16:00!!! There is practically no storage space for your luggage on the day you leave, I had to pull my luggage to a small closet and struggle to get it in... And finally: the reception people are not very cooperative nor helpful, either in delivering information, helping with taxi or luggage. I have to admit there was usually only one person et the reception, too little for such a bighhotel. So, if you find a good price, get it, if not, look elsewhere.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights. We booked through Lastminute.com, and paid for it in August. When we arrived they told us that they had no record of the booking and tried to bump us to a 3* hotel elsewhere in Vienna. However, from what they said and the way they said it, it was obvious that they had overbooked the hotel and wanted us to stay elsewhere to ease their problem. After 60 minutes of strenuous "discussion" they reluctantly gave us a room. The room was OK but the shower bracket was broken and not fixed inspite of promises to do so. The breakfast spread was very good but spoilt by reheated stale bread and rolls. It may have a 4* rating but gave us a 1* experience
