This is not a four star luxury hotel but it does deliver a very pleasant experience. The bathroom is large and well laid out and the hotel is spotlessly clean. The front desk personnel were both cheerful and helpful and their internet in the back room was free.
We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful old building for a very good price. For those expecting the Hotel Paris or the Hotel Imperial, you will be disappointed. Those hoping for a comfortable and decent size room will be well satisfied.

A very good hotel. My room was large and comfortable, with a large modern bathroom. Reception staff were particularly friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were quite good. It's a bit off the beaten path, but not much -- a five minute walk to Wenceslas Square and not much further to everything in the Old Town. I recommend it highly, and will likely return to it next time I'm in Prague. -- A tip: I booked via a central Prague accommodations website, which required me to pay a non-refundable deposit. But It became clear (too late for me!) that the deposit went directly to the central agency, and that I could have emailed the hotel directly and gotten the same (good) rate from them without having to pay this extra fee.

This hotel is great value for money. It is very clean and smart. The staff are very friendly and all speak English. The rooms are well equipped (No kettle or iron - this seems to be common to all hotels in Prague, possibly a health & safety rule). Rooms are air-conditioned and the windows do not open. Our room was at the back of the hotel so it was very quiet. The buffet breakfast is included in the price and it is excellent with a good selection of hot and cold food. The location of the hotel is v convenient. 5 minutes walk from Wencelas Sq and the metro station, 5 minutes from the tram stops, and 20 minutes walk to the Charles Bridge. The area is slightly seedy - a few sex shops, but it is fine for walking around.
We did not dine in the Hotel restaurant - it looked pricey. Also did not use the Hotel Bar. If you want to eat locally try the Cicala Restaurant directly across the road. Brilliant, genuine Italian food at v good prices.

Just got back from a 4 night stay at Minotel Seven Days.
The hotel is easy to find and whilst a little out of the "Old Town" (about 8 minutes walk) it is in a central but quiet location.
Spotlessly clean, thoroughly 'modernised' throughout - the Staff were superb and couldn't do enough to help. Breakfast was first class. Strongly recommended and would definitely stay again
