If you cancel less than 2 days before your arrival date, you will be charged by the hotel as for the first night.
If you do not cancel and do not arrive you will be charged by the hotel as for the first night (no-show case).
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing My Booking page.

It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE/ADVANCED".

If the booking is for less than 7 nights, cancellations are free until 12 a.m. on the scheduled day of arrival. In the event of a later cancellation or no-show the hotel charges a cancellation fee equivalent to one night. If the booking is for 7 or more nights, cancellations are free of charge until 30 days before the scheduled days of arrival. In the event of a later cancellation the hotel will charge a cancellation fee. In case of cancellation between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival the cancellation fee will amount to 30% of the total cost of the booked stay, between 14 and 8 days prior to arrival 50% of the total cost, between 7 and 3 days prior to arrival 75% of the total cost, later than 3 days prior to arrival or in the event of no-show 100% of the total cost. * Cancellations need to be done online via the link on your confirmation. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
