Ich habe im Juni 2006 vier Nächte im Hotel verbracht. Es liegt am Rande von Interlaken aber das Stadtzentrum läßt sich innerhalb von 30 Minuten gut erreichen wenn man auf den Hauptstraßen bleibt. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und gaben uns das Gefühl, sehr willkommen zu sein. Mein Deutsch ist nicht so gut und so gar man sich die größte Mühe, mit mir Englisch zu sprechen. Das Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend möbliert, es gab ein modernes Badezimmer komplett mit Dusche. Es war eine sehr komfortable Unterkunft. Einziger Nachteil war, dass der Käse und der Aufschnitt, die zum Frühstück ausgelegt wurden, nicht ausreichend abgedeckt waren und so landeten darauf Fliegen, das hat mich dann vom Essen abgehalten. Ich würde es in Betracht ziehen, hier wieder zu übernachten weil das Hotel ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bietet und weit weniger teuer ist, als manche der zentraler gelegenen Hotels.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in June 2006. It is on the outskirts of Interlaken but within walking distance of the town centre (about 30 minutes walk along flat roads). The staff in the hotel were very friendly and made us feel welcome. As my German is not good they made every effort to speak English to me. The room was clean and adequately furnished with a moden bathroom complete with shower. It was a very comfortable place to stay. The only downside was that the cheese and meat laid out for breakfast was not adequately covered and had flies landing on it, which put me off eating it. I would consider staying at this hotel again as it was good value for meny and far less expensive than some of the more central hotels.

Nettes Mittelklassehotel mit ruhigen Zimmern zu Rückseite, jedoch Strassen- und in der warmen Jahreszeit auch Restaurant-Lärm vorne. Umso grösser der Aerger wenn, wenn die - frühe - Buchung eines ruhigen Zimmers nicht klappt. Als Gast fühlt man sich dann betrogen.

Have just returned form a relaxing few days away in Interlaken. Couldn't have picked a better hotel! Wonderful staff, comfortable rooms, great food. The Salzano family are extremely friendly and helpful - including Teddy the dog! The hotel is situated in a quiet spot surrounded by stunning scenery just outside Interlaken but within a 10-15 minute walk of the town. Fresh fruit was available in the room and replenished each morning. Every meal was of a good standard with plenty to choose from to suit all tastes. Would certainly recommend this hotel to others!
