My husband and I just got back from St. Louis this past weekend. I can't say enough about what a fabulous hotel the Omni Majestic is. Not only are the rooms very nice and have great beds!!!!! They have an incredible turn down service that we haven't seen in years!!!!! What a nice surprise to get in late at night and have ice in the room, chocolates and the darken shades already drawn!!!!! LOVE IT!!!!! However, the ENTIRE staff from the front desk, bartenders to the valet were all very friendly and had wonderful customer service skills. Their attitude and smiles were very nice to come home to in the evening. WAY TO GO GUYS... you guys should start training other hotels around the world!! We hope to return again next year.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long time. The service was truly outstanding. I had booked a suite and had some friends in teh city for the night and they let them stay for no extra problem and even recommended my friend park his car in a space that was free instead of the valet ($24). They were extremely accomodating and welcoming. The rooms are large and well decorated. The location is convenient to a variety of things in St. Louis. Definitely stay here!!

I spent 5 nights at the Omni with my 7 year old son, and had a very nice stay. We got a great rate on Hotwire ($85 a night), so I definitely felt we got our money's worth. It's a block or two outside the usual tourist zone, but we were able to walk to the Arch, Busch Stadium, and City Museum in a matter of minutes with no trouble at all. And MetroLink is just 2 blocks away, which was also very convenient. Our room was large, clean, attractive and very comfortable and still had the feel of an older hotel, which I prefer to the feeling of some of the newer mega-hotels. The service was generally very good, too. I would stay there again without hesitation. Still, there were a couple things I didn't really appreciate. $25 a night to park your car seems pretty steep for this place, and it wasn't mentioned on the Omni website as far as I could see. Technically, it's valet parking, but a couple of times our car just remained right in front of the hotel, and they just took our keys. Also, for Hotwire reservations, they did not include the continental breakfast...an experience I've not had elsewhere. As a result, though, we discovered City Grocers a block away, where we were able to pick up fresh hot food, coffee, bagels, pastries, etc for breakfast (and snacks for the day), and could eat at the window-side counters and watch the people go by. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. I am a travel agent and went for business and pleasure. The hotel was very welcoming, the staff was just wonderful from the minute we walked in the door. Every request we had was honored, and the free breakfast was great! I highly recommend this hotel to all. Not much to do in STL, but the hotel is great!

what a wonderful hotel! Rooms are spacious and confortable and most of all the staff is GREAT! Very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile for you. We had a wonderful time and would not consider any other hotel for a trip to St. Louis. Can't say enough!
