My grandson and I came to see the Langley Airshow so we needed a place to stay. We are from Pennsylvania so we did not know the area very well. We did have some family in the area that recommended the Omni Hotel. They told us there was a swimming pool which was what my grandson was looking for. We booked our room by calling the Omni. From the time we spoke with the reservationist we were impressed. They were very helpful and even asked what kind of beds we prefer. Of course we required 2 doubles so that is what we picked. We saw the hotel from interstate 64. When we arrived at the hotel, the bellman offered to help us with our bags. Since we didn't have many, we didn't really need to use him. Although, we did appreciate the offer. We got to the front desk and they were just so polite and friendly. They were smiling and happy to greet us! We checked into the room and it was very easy. We were on the 9th floor and our room was so large! We had so much room to move and was very bright! It had large windows to look out of. We only got to see the view of the interstate but it provided a lot of light in the morning. We used the pool after a long day in the sun at the airshow. It was very refreshing and then we called for room service. The food was great and it was even hot when it was brought up to our room! We used the restaurant for breakfast and they had a morning buffet. The food was outstanding. It was so clean. I travel a lot for business and if I am ever in this area with my company I will definately stay here again, and if I am here for pleasure! Thank you to the staff for being so willing to help with directions and for giving me and my grandson a pleasant stay. We will be back!

A nice old hotel that deserves upgrading. Helpful staff. Small room that isn't as clean or well-maintained as what you should be able to expect at a nice hotel. The restaurant is similar. Excellent service, cold so-so food at prices that would be a good value if the food was better. I'm not unhappy with the hotel, but wouldn't go out of my way to stay here again.

Got a great rate on this hotel from Travelocity, and for $75 for the night, this is one of the best hotel deals I've received in years. This is more of a business hotel, but the room could not have been cleaner or more comfortable, nor the staff any more friendly. Since I had no problems, I cannot comment on their responsiveness, but I would be surprised if they weren't helpful with a problem. The bed and pillows were also some of the most comfortable in any place I've ever stayed. Highly recommendable!
